2. Informació de seguretat

- Ventilació: Ensure adequate ventilation in the installation area and the heated space to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. Never operate the heater in an enclosed, unventilated space.
- Manipulació de combustible: Handle diesel fuel with extreme care. Store fuel in approved containers away from heat sources and open flames. Do not refuel while the heater is operating or hot.

4. Configuració i instal·lació
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your diesel heater. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified technician if you are unsure about any steps.
4.1 Mounting the Heater Unit
The heater unit can be mounted with a flexible angle of 0-90 degrees, allowing for versatile placement within your vehicle. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and can support the heater's weight. Maintain adequate clearance around the air inlet and outlet for proper airflow.

4.2 Fuel System Connection
- Install the fuel tank in a secure location, ensuring it is easily accessible for refueling but protected from damage.
- Connect the fuel pipe from the tank to the fuel filter, then to the fuel pump, and finally to the heater unit. Use the provided T-connector if integrating with an existing fuel line.
- Secure all fuel line connections with clamps to prevent leaks. The updated fuel pipe and rubber clamp for the fuel pump ensure a secure fit.

4.3 Instal·lació del sistema d'escapament
- Connect the exhaust pipe to the heater unit and route it safely to the exterior of the vehicle.
- Install the exhaust silencer to reduce noise.
- Use the provided exhaust wrap around the exhaust pipe, especially near any heat-sensitive materials, to prevent heat damage.
- Ensure the exhaust outlet is clear of obstructions and points away from the vehicle's interior and any windows.

4.4 Conductes d'aire
- Connect the air inlet pipe to the heater and ensure it draws clean air.
- Attach the hot air outlet pipe to the heater and direct it into the space to be heated. Install the air outlet grille for controlled airflow.

Connect the wiring harness to the heater unit and to a 12V power source, ensuring correct polarity. Install the LCD control panel in a convenient location within the vehicle and connect it to the main wiring harness.
