4. Guia de configuració

4.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the scanner. Connect the USB charging cable to the scanner's charging port and the other end to a USB 2.0 port on your computer or a compatible USB power adapter. The red light indicates charging status.

4.2 Connecting the Scanner (2.4GHz Wireless Mode)

1. Insert the Mini USB Receiver into an available USB port on your computer (PC, laptop, etc.).
2. The scanner and receiver should automatically pair. The blue light on the scanner indicates pairing status.
3. Once paired, the scanner is ready for use.

4.3 Connecting the Scanner (USB Wired Mode)

For wired operation, connect the scanner directly to your computer using the provided USB cable. The scanner will function as a standard USB HID keyboard device, requiring no additional drivers.

5.1 Escaneig bàsic

To scan a barcode, point the scanner's laser at the barcode and press the trigger button. A successful scan will be indicated by a beep and the green light on the scanner. The scanned data will appear in the active application on your connected device.

5.2 Modes de càrrega de dades

The scanner supports two primary data upload modes:

• Mode de càrrega instantània: Data is transmitted to your computer immediately after each successful scan. This is the default mode.
• Mode d'emmagatzematge: Barcodes are stored in the scanner's internal memory. This mode is useful when out of range of the receiver. The scanner can store up to 100,000 barcodes. To upload stored data, scan the "Upload Data" barcode (refer to the quick setup guide for specific barcodes).

5.3 Barcode Programmable Features

The scanner allows for customization of scanned data output:

• Prefix & Suffix Setting: Add custom characters before or after scanned barcode data.
• Insert/Delete Character: Modify the scanned data by inserting or deleting specific characters.

Refer to the included quick setup guide or manufacturer's website for specific programming barcodes to activate these features.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar l'exterior de l'escàner. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni dissolvents.
• Emmagatzematge: Guardeu l'escàner en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
• Cura de la bateria: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the scanner regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period.
• Protecció física: The scanner is designed with anti-shock silicone (IP54) to withstand minor drops. However, avoid intentional drops or impacts to prevent damage.
