1. Introducció

2. Instruccions de seguretat

Always observe the following basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons:

• Llegiu atentament totes les instruccions abans d'utilitzar l'aparell.
• No submergiu l'aparell, el cable d'alimentació o l'endoll en aigua o cap altre líquid.
• Assegureu-vos que el voltagEl volum indicat a l'aparell correspon al volum de la xarxa elèctricatage abans de connectar.
• Desendolleu la màquina de la presa de corrent quan no la feu servir i abans de netejar-la.
• Mantingueu les mans i els cables allunyats de les parts calentes de l'aparell durant el funcionament.
• No feu servir l'aparell amb un cable o un endoll danyats, o després que l'aparell funcioni malament o s'hagi fet malbé de cap manera.

4. Configuració

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Ensure all components listed in Section 3 are present.
2. Col·locació: Place the coffee machine on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Ompliment del dipòsit d'aigua: Remove the 1.6L water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold drinking water up to the MAX line. Reinsert the water tank securely.
4. Milk Tank Filling (for milk-based drinks): Remove the 400ml milk tank. Fill it with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) up to the desired level. Reattach the milk tank to the machine.
5. Primer ús / Imprimació:
   • Connecteu el cable d'alimentació a una presa elèctrica amb connexió a terra.
   • Press the power button on the control panel. The machine will begin heating up.
   • Col·loqueu una tassa gran sota la sortida del cafè.
   • Select the "Hot Water" function (if available) or run an espresso cycle without coffee to prime the system and rinse internal components. Repeat 2-3 times.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Making Espresso / Coffee

1. Choose your coffee type:
   • Per al cafè mòlt: Insert the ground coffee filter into the portafilter. Add one level scoop of ground coffee using the provided measuring spoon. Tamp lightly. Insert the portafilter into the machine and lock it into place.
   • For Capsules (Dolce Gusto, Nespresso, K-fee): Select the appropriate capsule adapter. Insert the capsule into the adapter. Place the adapter into the machine's brewing chamber.
2. Col·loca la copa: Position your coffee cup on the drip tray directly under the coffee outlet.
3. Selecciona una beguda: On the touch screen control panel, select your desired coffee type (Espresso, Lungo, Largo).

4. Elaboració de cervesa: The machine will automatically start brewing. Wait for the brewing process to complete.

5. Gaudeix: Your coffee is ready to be enjoyed.

5.2. Milk Frothing (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Hot Milk)

The machine features a double milk frothing system: an automatic system using the milk tank and a manual steam nozzle.

5.2.1. Automatic Milk Frothing

1. Ensure the milk tank is filled with cold milk and properly attached.
2. Place your cup under the milk frothing outlet.
3. On the touch screen, select your desired milk-based drink (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Hot Milk).

5.2.2. Manual Milk Frothing (Steam Nozzle)

1. Fill a separate pitcher with cold milk.
2. Position the steam nozzle over the pitcher, just below the milk surface.
3. Activeu la funció de vapor al tauler de control.
4. Move the pitcher slowly up and down to create desired foam.
5. Once frothed, turn off the steam function and add the frothed milk to your coffee.

6. Manteniment i Neteja

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your coffee machine and ensure optimal performance.

6.1. Neteja diària

• Safata de degoteig: Buideu i esbandiu la safata de degoteig diàriament.
• Dipòsit d'aigua: Empty any remaining water and rinse the tank. Refill with fresh water for next use.
• Milk Tank/System: After each use of the automatic milk system, run a quick rinse cycle (if available) or detach and thoroughly clean the milk tank and its components with warm soapy water.
• Broquet de vapor: Immediately after manual frothing, wipe the steam nozzle with a damp drap per eliminar qualsevol residu de llet. Feu funcionar un ràfega curta de vapor per eliminar qualsevol bloqueig intern.

6.2. Descalcificació

Descaling is essential to remove mineral buildup and maintain machine efficiency. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage.

1. Empty the water tank and fill it with a descaling solution mixed according to the descaler manufacturer's instructions.
2. Col·loqueu un recipient gran sota la sortida del cafè i el broquet de vapor.
3. Follow the descaling procedure outlined in your machine's specific descaling mode (refer to the control panel or machine settings). If no specific mode, run several cycles of hot water through the machine until the tank is empty.
4. Esbandiu bé el dipòsit d'aigua i torneu-lo a omplir amb aigua fresca.
5. Feu funcionar la màquina amb diversos cicles d'aigua fresca per esbandir qualsevol resta de solució descalcificadora.
