Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Eigsupia X18 Open Ear Headphones. These headphones are designed to provide a comfortable and immersive audio experience while allowing you to remain aware of your surroundings. Featuring advanced Bluetooth 5.3 technology, a lightweight design, and long battery life, they are ideal for various activities including sports, work, and daily use.

Configuració

1. Càrrega dels auriculars i l'estoig

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. The charging case features an LED digital display to show the remaining battery percentage.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging box and a power source.
• The LED display on the charging case will indicate the charging status.
• A full charge provides approximately 4 hours of playback for the earphones, with the charging case extending total playtime to 36 hours.

2. Emparellament amb el dispositiu

1. Obre l'estoig de càrrega. Els auriculars entraran automàticament en mode d'emparellament.
2. Al dispositiu (telèfon intel·ligent, tauleta, ordinador portàtil), activeu el Bluetooth.
3. Cerca "X18" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "X18" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
5. The headphones use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable connection up to 10 meters.

3. Portar els auriculars

The Eigsupia X18 features an open-ear design for comfort and situational awareness. Each earbud weighs only 8g.

1. Traieu els auriculars de la funda de càrrega.
2. Place the ear hook over your ear, ensuring the sound openings line up directly with your ear canals.
3. Rotate the earbud backward along the auricle to achieve a secure and comfortable fit.

Manteniment

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Eigsupia X18 headphones, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar els auriculars i l'estoig de càrrega. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.
• Resistència a l'aigua: The headphones are IP54 waterproof, meaning they are protected from limited dust ingress and water spray from any direction. Do not submerge them in water. Dry thoroughly if exposed to sweat or rain.
• Emmagatzematge: Store the headphones in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
• Càrrega: Use only the provided charging cable or a certified USB-C cable. Do not use wall chargers over 5V, 1A.

Resolució de problemes

If you encounter any issues with your Eigsupia X18 headphones, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Sense problemes de so/connexió:
  • Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin carregats.
  • Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try re-pairing.
  • Torneu a col·locar els dos auriculars a l'estoig de càrrega, tanqueu-lo i torneu-lo a obrir per restablir la connexió.

• Un auricular no funciona:
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are properly seated and charging.
