Configuració i instal·lació

1. Prepare the Timer

Before setting the schedule, ensure all black push pins around the dial are in the UP (OFF) position. Each pin represents a 30-minute interval.

2. Estableix l'hora actual

Rotate the entire clock dial clockwise until the green arrow on the dial aligns with the current time of day. The dial is marked with AM/PM indicators to distinguish between morning and evening hours.

3. Program On/Off Times

Push down the black pins corresponding to the desired ON times. For example, if you want a device to be ON from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, push down all the pins within that time range. Pins that remain in the UP position indicate OFF times.

4. Set the Operating Mode

On the side of the timer, there is a slide switch. Slide it to the 'TIMER' (clock icon) position to activate the programmed schedule. If you want the device to remain continuously ON, slide the switch to the 'ON' position.

5. Plug in Your Device

Plug the HBN mechanical timer into a standard 2-prong electrical outlet. Then, plug your electrical device (e.g., lamp, fan) into the timer's outlet. Ensure your device is switched to the ON position if it has its own power switch.

Manteniment

• To clean the timer, unplug it from the wall outlet and wipe it with a dry cloth.

Resolució de problemes

Device does not turn ON/OFF at programmed times:

• Check that the push pins for the desired ON/OFF times are correctly set (DOWN for ON, UP for OFF).
• Confirm the connected device has its own power switch set to ON.

Timer is not working at all:

• Ensure the timer is fully plugged into a functional wall outlet.
• Check if the electrical outlet itself is working by plugging in another device.
• Verify that the electrical ratings of the connected device do not exceed the timer's maximum load.
