4. Configuració

4.1. Carregant etiquetes

1. Open the printer cover by gently lifting it.
2. Insert the thermal label roll into the label compartment, ensuring the labels feed out from the top.
3. Adjust the label guides to fit the width of your label roll snugly.
4. Pull a few labels out past the print head.

4.2. Connexió a l'alimentació

Connect the power supply cable to the printer's power port and then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Turn on the printer using the power switch.

4.3. Software and App Installation

The CLABEL 221D printer can be operated via a mobile application or desktop software.

1. Download the "clabel trade" app from your device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).

1. Visit the official CLABEL weblloc (www.clabel.com/download) to download the appropriate driver and software for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
2. Install the software by following the on-screen prompts.

5.1. Printing from the Mobile App

1. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected via Bluetooth to your mobile device.
2. Open the "clabel trade" app.
3. Select or create a new label design. The app offers extensive customization options including 11 font styles, 58 multi-templates, over 300 icons, and support for barcodes, QR codes, Excel printing, graphs, images, and tables.

5.2. Printing from PC Software

1. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected via USB to your computer.
2. Open the CLABEL desktop software.

6. Manteniment

6.1. Neteja del capçal d'impressió

To ensure optimal print quality, regularly clean the print head:

1. Apagueu la impressora i desendolleu el cable d'alimentació.
2. Obriu la coberta de la impressora.
3. Netegeu suaument el capçal d'impressió amb un bastonet de cotóampamb alcohol isopropílic.
4. Deixeu que el capçal d'impressió s'assequi completament abans de tancar la tapa i engegar la impressora.

6.2. Neteja general

Wipe the exterior of the printer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6.3. Emmagatzematge

Store the printer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.

7. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your CLABEL 221D printer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• La impressora no s'encén: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the printer and the power outlet. Check if the power switch is in the 'On' position.
