2. Informació de seguretat

- Raigs d'arc: Can injure eyes and burn skin. Wear a welding helmet with a proper shade of filter plate to protect your face and eyes when welding or watching. Wear appropriate eye protection with side shields when not welding.

- Cremades: Hot metal can cause severe burns. Do not touch hot parts with bare hands. Allow cooling time before handling.

4. Instruccions de configuració
4.1 Connexió d'alimentació
The ARCCAPTAIN TIG 205 Pro supports both 120V and 240V power inputs. Use the provided power adapter to connect the machine to a suitable power outlet. Ensure the power source matches the machine's voltage setting for optimal performance and safety.
4.2 Welding Cable Connections
- Terra Clamp: Connecteu la terra clamp cable to the designated terminal on the front panel of the welding machine. Securely attach the clamp to the workpiece or welding table to ensure a good electrical connection.
- Electrode Holder (for Stick Welding): For Stick welding, connect the electrode holder cable to the appropriate terminal.
- Torxa TIG: Connect the WP-26 TIG torch to the TIG torch connection port. Ensure it is securely fastened.

Connect the gas hose from your inert gas cylinder (e.g., Argon) to the gas inlet on the rear of the welding machine. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent gas leaks.
4.4 Mobile App Connection
The ARCCAPTAIN TIG 205 Pro can be controlled via a mobile application. To connect:
- Download the official ARCCAPTAIN app from your smartphone's app store.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Funcionament general
The TIG 205 Pro features a large LED display for easy readability and intuitive controls. The main rotary knob adjusts the amperage, while the "MODE" button cycles through different welding processes. The "Fn" (Function) button allows access to advanced settings, and "REMOTE" activates remote control options, such as a foot pedal.

5.2 Welding Mode Selection
Premeu el botó MODE button to cycle through the available welding processes:
- COLD TIG: Ideal for thin materials, offering precise control and minimal heat input.
- 4T DC TIG: Four-stroke TIG welding for longer welds, allowing continuous current without holding the trigger.
- COLD SPOT TIG: For precise spot welding with controlled heat.
- 2T DC TIG: Two-stroke TIG welding, current is active while the trigger is held.
- BASTÓ (MMA): For traditional stick electrode welding.

5.3 AmpAjust d'edat
Rotate the large red knob on the right side of the display to adjust the welding amperage. The current value will be displayed prominently on the LED screen.
5.4 Foot Pedal Control (Optional)
The TIG 205 Pro is compatible with an ARCCAPTAIN 5-pin TIG foot pedal (not included). Connecting a foot pedal allows for remote control of the welding current, providing greater precision and comfort during TIG welding, especially for intricate work.
6. Welding Modes Details
6.1 TIG Welding (DC TIG, 2T/4T, Cold TIG, Cold Spot TIG)
The TIG 205 Pro offers advanced DC TIG welding capabilities with a 99.99% arc initiation success rate and 400% increased arc start response speed due to its exclusive internal MCU control. This precision is crucial for sheet metal and bodywork.
- 2T (Two-Stroke) Mode: Press and hold the torch trigger to start the arc. Release to stop.
- 4T (Four-Stroke) Mode: Press and release the trigger to start the arc. Press and release again to stop. This mode is ideal for long welds as it reduces finger fatigue.
- COLD TIG: This mode is designed for welding very thin materials by minimizing heat input, preventing warping and discoloration.
- COLD SPOT TIG: Provides controlled spot welds, useful for tacking or joining thin sheets with minimal distortion.

6.2 Stick Welding (MMA)
For Stick welding, the machine provides enhanced electrode welding performance with smooth arc initiation, stable current, minimal spatter, and anti-stick functionality. It automatically adapts to cable length and cross-sectional changes.

The ARCCAPTAIN TIG 205 Pro performs well on a variety of materials, including:

Note: This machine is not suitable for non-ferrous metals like aluminum in TIG mode as it is a DC TIG welder.

7.1 Neteja
Regularly clean the exterior of the welding machine with a dry, soft cloth. Ensure the cooling vents are free from dust and debris to maintain optimal airflow. The unique custom airflow design helps prevent metal dust and solid particles from entering the core control unit.
