• If the motor runs but the blades do not rotate, reduce the amount of food in the bowl and reprocess.
• To prevent warping of lids or bowls, ensure dishwasher temperature is less than 140℉ (60℃). The power head is not dishwasher safe.

• Speed I (Smooth Cutting): Ideal for softer foods like onions, guacamole, or chili. Press and hold the button marked "I" on the power pod for a consistent whir.
• Speed II (Turbo Chopping): Suitable for harder foods such as meat, carrots, or nuts. Press and hold the button marked "II" on the power pod for a more powerful, rapid chop.
