The iTap 3 offers two primary installation methods: dashboard or windshield mounting. The super strong, reusable suction cup base provides a secure hold. For optimal adhesion, ensure the surface is clean and dry.

Important: If your vehicle has a curved or leather dashboard, mount the product on the windshield for best results. The dashboard pad is intended for flat, hard plastic surfaces.
Magnetic Ring Adapter Installation (for non-MagSafe devices)
For smartphones without MagSafe compatibility, use the included magnetic ring adapter. This adapter attaches to the back of your phone or phone case to enable magnetic mounting.
- Clean the back of your phone or phone case thoroughly.
- Use the alignment guide to determine the optimal placement for the magnetic ring adapter on your device.
- Peel off the adhesive backing from the magnetic ring adapter.
- Carefully apply the adapter to the designated area on your phone or case, ensuring it is on the outermost part and not underneath any layers that would obstruct its magnetic function. Press firmly for 30 seconds.

Dashboard Pad Installation (Optional)
If mounting on a dashboard, the included dashboard pad can provide a smoother, more secure surface for the suction cup.
- Clean the desired dashboard area thoroughly with an alcohol wipe and allow it to dry completely.
- Peel off the protective film from the dashboard pad.
- Press the dashboard pad firmly onto the cleaned dashboard surface for 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before attaching the mount.
