3. Guia de configuració
Segueix aquests passos per configurar el teu marc de fotos digital Dragon Touch:
- Encès: Connect the power adapter to the frame and plug it into a power outlet. The frame will automatically power on.
- Configuració inicial:
- Select your preferred language from the on-screen options.
- Connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. This is essential for sharing photos and videos wirelessly.

- Descarrega l'aplicació Vphoto: Download the "Vphoto" app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).
- Create Account & Link Frame:
- Open the Vphoto app and create a new account.

- In the Vphoto app, enter the frame ID to link your smartphone to the digital picture frame.
- Col·locació del marc:
- Use the included stand to place the frame on a flat surface in either portrait or landscape orientation. The auto-rotate feature will adjust the display accordingly.
- Alternatively, the frame can be wall-mounted using the designated pinhole on the back.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Pujada de fotos i vídeos
There are multiple ways to upload content to your Dragon Touch Digital Picture Frame:
- Vphoto App: The primary method for instant sharing. Select photos/videos from your phone's gallery within the app and send them directly to the frame. Family and friends can also send content to your frame if they have the frame ID.
- Correu electrònic: El marc té una adreça electrònica única. Podeu enviar fotos i vídeos curts directament a aquesta adreça electrònica i apareixeran al marc.
- Targeta SD: Insert an SD card (up to 64GB) into the designated slot on the frame to display content directly or transfer it to internal storage.

4.2 Navegació per la interfície de pantalla tàctil
The frame features an intuitive touch screen for easy navigation:
- Llisca: Swipe left or right to browse through photos and videos in slideshow mode.
- Toca: Tap the screen to reveal navigation options, settings, and other features.
- Pantalla d'inici: Access various functions like photo albums, video player, alarm, settings, and weather display from the home screen.

4.3 Managing Content
- Emmagatzematge intern: The 16GB internal memory can hold approximately 80,000 photos.
- Emmagatzematge extern: Use SD cards or USB drives to expand storage or transfer files. Note: Always remove external devices before resetting the frame.
- Deleting Content: You can delete individual photos/videos or entire albums directly from the frame's interface or through the Vphoto app.
- Revoke Access: The Vphoto app allows you to manage who can send photos to your frame, including revoking access for specific users.

5. Manteniment
- Neteja: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and frame. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol sprays directly on the frame.
- Actualitzacions de programari: Periodically check for software updates through the frame's settings menu to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
- Gestió d'energia: Utilize the customized sleep mode settings to conserve energy and prolong the life of the display.

6. Solució De Problemes
- El marc no s'encén:
Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the frame and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
- No es pot connectar a Wi-Fi:
Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The frame does not support 5 GHz networks. Check your Wi-Fi password and ensure the signal strength is adequate. Restart your router and the frame.
- Photos Not Appearing:
Confirm that the frame is connected to Wi-Fi. Check the Vphoto app for successful upload confirmation. Ensure the frame ID entered in the app is correct. If using an SD card or USB drive, ensure it is properly inserted and the files are in a supported format (e.g., JPEG, PNG for photos; MP4 for videos).
- Screen is Unresponsive:
Perform a soft reset by unplugging the power adapter, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Auto-Rotate Not Working:
Ensure the frame is placed on a stable, flat surface. Check settings to confirm auto-rotate is enabled. Some specific images might be displayed in their original orientation regardless of the frame's position.
