3. Muntatge

The isinwheel U7 Electric Bike comes partially assembled. Basic assembly involves attaching the front wheel, handlebars, seat post, pedals, and cargo racks. It is recommended to have the assembly checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic if you are unsure.

3.1 Passos inicials

3. Install the handlebars, aligning them correctly and tightening the stem bolts.

5. Attach the left and right pedals (note L/R markings for correct threading).
6. Mount the front and rear cargo racks using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened firmly to prevent loosening during operation.

Important: After assembly, double-check all bolts, nuts, and quick-release levers to ensure they are properly tightened. Loose components can lead to instability and accidents.

4. Bateria i càrrega

The isinwheel U7 is equipped with a 48V 10.4Ah removable lithium-ion battery, providing power for the motor and electronic systems.

4.1 Instal·lació i extracció de la bateria

• To install, slide the battery into its compartment on the frame until it clicks into place. Use the key to lock it securely.
• To remove, unlock the battery with the key and carefully slide it out.

4.2 Procediment de càrrega

2. Connect the charger to the charging port on the battery (either on or off the bike).

5. Funcionament

Familiarize yourself with the controls and functions of your isinwheel U7 Electric Bike before riding.

5.1 Engegada/apagada

• To power on, press and hold the power button on the LCD display until the screen illuminates.

5.3 Sistema d'assistència de pedals (PAS)

The U7 features 5 levels of pedal assist. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel to adjust the assist level. Higher levels provide more motor assistance, making pedaling easier.

The twist throttle provides on-demand power without pedaling. Twist the throttle grip towards you to engage the motor. The speed provided by the throttle is influenced by the current PAS level setting.

5.7 Lights and Horn

• The electric horn is operated via a button on the handlebar for alerting others.

7. Cargo Features

8. Manteniment

8.1 Comprovacions prèvies a la conducció
