Configuració

1. Càrrega dels auriculars i l'estoig

1. Place both earbuds into the charging capsule. Ensure they are seated correctly.

2. Emparellament amb el dispositiu

1. Gently rotate the ear hooks to align with the natural curve of your ears.
2. Place the earbuds into your ears, ensuring the hooks rest comfortably over the tops of your ears.
3. Adjust the earbuds by gently wiggling and rotating them back and forth until they feel snug and comfortable, sitting just above your ear canal.

Neteja

Regular cleaning helps maintain the performance and hygiene of your earbuds.

Earbuds Won't Charge

1. Ensure the charging case has sufficient power. Check the LED indicators on the front of the case.
2. Verify that there is no obstruction blocking the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case.
3. Place the earbuds firmly into the charging case. A blinking white light on the front of the case indicates charging.

Charging Capsule Won't Charge

1. Ensure the USB-C cable is firmly connected to both the charging case and the power adapter.

Resetting Your Earbuds (Hard Reset)

If you experience connectivity issues or other malfunctions, a hard reset may resolve the problem.

1. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or "Remove" "Raycon Open Earbuds" from the list of paired devices.
2. Place both earbuds into the charging capsule.
3. Close the lid of the charging capsule and wait for 5 to 10 seconds.
4. Open the lid and re-pair the earbuds with your device as described in the "Pairing with Your Device" section.
