Introducció
The VAULTEK DS5i Smart Station™ is a state-of-the-art biometric smart safe designed for secure storage and convenient access. It features dual wireless phone charging, multiple USB ports, an auto-open drawer, and Bluetooth connectivity for advanced management. Its low-profile design makes it suitable for various environments, including nightstands and RVs.

Configuració
1. Connexió d'alimentació
Connect the included 96W AC power adapter to the safe and a wall outlet. The safe is designed to be continuously plugged in to utilize its full charging capabilities. In case of a power outage, two AAA batteries (not included) can provide short-term backup power for access, though the screen and charging functions will be disabled.

2. Bateria de reserva (opcional)
Per a energia de reserva durant la sortidatages, insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the designated battery compartment. Refer to the detailed manual for compartment location.
3. Accés inicial i programació
Upon first use, access the safe using the manual keys. Follow the instructions in the detailed manual to set up your Smart Sense 8-digit digital keypad code and register your fingerprints for biometric access. Up to 20 unique fingerprints can be stored.

4. Security Cable Installation (Optional)
Utilize the included high-strength steel security cable to tether the safe to a secure, immovable object for added anti-theft protection. An accessory mounting plate is sold separately for hard mounting.

1. Accessing the Safe
- Escàner biomètric: Place your registered finger on the LED backlit HD fingerprint scanner for quick access.
- Teclat digital: Enter your Smart Sense 8-digit digital keypad code. The proximity sensor auto-illuminates for easy button navigation.
- Manual Keys: Use the provided manual keys as a backup access method.
- Bluetooth 2.0 App: Swipe to unlock using the VAULTEK Bluetooth 2.0 smartphone app (within Bluetooth range).
Upon successful access, the precision-tuned rail system will automatically deploy the drawer open quickly and silently.

2. Charging Features
- Dual Wireless Charging Pad: Place compatible devices on the top-mounted wireless charging pads.
- Ports USB: Use the 2 USB and 2 USB-C accessory charging ports located at the back of the safe for wired charging.
3. Customizable LED Display
The sleek LED display shows time, temperature, and humidity. It can be customized or blacked out for discretion. Tap the display to cycle through different display modes or to turn it off completely.

4. Bluetooth 2.0 App
Download the VAULTEK Bluetooth 2.0 app to manage and monitor safe activity from your smartphone within Bluetooth range. Features include viewing history logs, checking for tampering, and customizing safe settings (e.g., display brightness, sound levels). Bluetooth can be toggled on/off as desired.
5. Llum LED interior
The built-in interior LED light illuminates the contents of the drawer for easy visibility.
Manteniment
- Neteja: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior and interior surfaces of the safe. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Resolució de problemes
- Safe Not Opening:
- Assegureu-vos que l'adaptador d'alimentació estigui ben connectat.
- Check backup AAA batteries if operating without AC power.
- Verify correct keypad code or registered fingerprint.
- Use manual keys as an override.
- Tampering Alerts: The safe detects tampering and activates a security sleep mode if multiple wrong codes are entered or unrecognized fingerprints are scanned. Check the app's history log for details.
- Problemes de càrrega:
- Ensure devices are properly aligned on the wireless charging pad.
- Verify USB cables are securely connected.
- Confirm the safe is receiving AC power.
- Connectivitat Bluetooth: Ensure your smartphone is within Bluetooth range and Bluetooth is enabled on both the safe (via display settings) and your phone.
