The 3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6000 Series is designed to provide protection against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapors when used with approved cartridges and filters. This respirator, when properly fitted and used with approved 3M cartridges and filters, can offer protection at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).
Its swept-back cartridge design enhances balance and visibility. The facepiece is remarkably comfortable, soft, and lightweight, featuring easy-to-adjust head straps for a customized fit. The use of replaceable cartridges contributes to reduced waste and long-term cost savings.
This 3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6100 is NIOSH-approved for negative-pressure air purifying and positive-pressure dual airline applications. It is compatible with 3M Cartridge 6000 Series; 3M Filters 2000, 2200, 7000 or 5000 Series; or 3M Dual Airline Systems to protect against various gases, vapors, and particulate hazards as per NIOSH approvals.

Attaching Cartridges and Filters
This respirator features bayonet connections for quick and secure attachment of 3M 6000 Series Gas/Vapor Cartridges and 3M Particle Filters (2000, 2200, 7000, or 5000 Series). To attach, align the cartridge or filter with the bayonet fitting on the facepiece and twist until it clicks into place. Ensure a secure fit to prevent air leakage.
Adjusting the Head Straps
