Configuració

Before using your bread maker for the first time:

  1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i els accessoris.
  2. Neteja: Wash the bread pan and kneading paddles with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp tela.

Follow these steps for baking a loaf of bread:

  1. Afegir ingredients: Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last). Ensure the kneading paddles are at the bottom of the pan.
  2. Seleccioneu el programa: Use the 'MENU' button to cycle through the 15 available programs until your desired program is selected.
  3. Choose Loaf Size: Press the 'LOAF SIZE' button to select the desired loaf weight (2.2LB, 2.75LB, or 3.3LB).
  4. Set Crust Color: Press the 'CRUST' button to choose your preferred crust color (Light, Medium, or Dark).

The 15-hour delay timer allows you to program the bread maker to finish baking at a later time. This is ideal for waking up to fresh bread. Set the delay time by pressing the 'TIMER' buttons. The display shows the total time until completion.

Mantenir la calor automàtica

After a baking cycle is complete, the bread maker automatically enters a 1-hour 'Keep Warm' phase to maintain the bread's temperature.

In case of a power interruption, the machine retains its program settings for up to 10 minutes, allowing the cycle to resume once power is restored.
