4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega del banc d'energia extern

1. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
2. Connecteu l'altre extrem del cable USB-C a un adaptador de corrent USB compatible (no inclòs).

5.1 Wireless Charging (MagSafe Compatible)

1. Ensure your smartphone is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or later) or has a MagSafe-compatible case.
2. Align the power bank with the back of your smartphone. The magnets will automatically snap the power bank into place, ensuring proper alignment for wireless charging.
3. The power bank will begin charging your device wirelessly at up to 7.5W.

5.2 Càrrega amb cable

The USB-C port on the power bank is primarily for charging the power bank itself. It does not support output for charging other devices.

6. Manteniment i cura

• Keep the power bank dry. Moisture can damage the internal circuitry.
• No exposeu el dispositiu a temperatures extremes (calor o fred).
• Netegeu el banc d'energia amb un drap suau i sec. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni netejadors abrasius.

7. Solució De Problemes

7.1 El banc d'energia no es carrega

• Assegureu-vos que el cable USB-C estigui connectat correctament tant al banc d'alimentació com a l'adaptador de corrent.
• Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and connected to a live power outlet.
• Proveu d'utilitzar un cable USB-C o un adaptador d'alimentació diferent.

7.2 El dispositiu no es carrega sense fil

• Confirm your device is MagSafe compatible or using a MagSafe-compatible case.
• Ensure the power bank is properly aligned with the charging coil on your device. The magnetic attachment should guide it into place.
