4. Configuració i instal·lació
4.1 Desembalatge i components
Before beginning installation, ensure all components are present in the package. The typical packing list includes:
- FLIPSKY 75200 Pro V2.0 Single ESC with Aluminum PCB

4.2 Diagrama de cablejat i connexions
Carefully follow the wiring diagram below to ensure correct and safe installation. Incorrect wiring can lead to damage to the ESC or connected components.

- Battery and Motor Connections: Ensure the battery and motor ports are welded firmly. Loose connections can cause instability or damage.
- Voltage Precautions: Pay special attention to the 3.3V and 5V connections. Do not short-circuit these lines.
- ADC Control: When using any throttle handle under ADC control, ensure the positive pole of the power supply is connected to 3.3V, not 5V.
- Manipulació del connector: When unplugging connectors, press the release tabs. Do not pull directly on the wires to avoid breaking them or the connectors.
- Spark Protection: This product only carries a key switch and does not include spark protection. If spark protection is required, a separate spark protection switch must be purchased.
5. Operation and Parameter Adjustment
5.1 VESC TOOL Software
The FLIPSKY 75200 Pro V2.0 ESC is part of the Benjamin ESC series and requires the VESC TOOL software for parameter adjustment and configuration. The factory firmware version is 6.02.
- Gestió de firmware: If you require a different firmware version, navigate to the "Firmware" section within VESC TOOL and select the appropriate version. Using an incorrect firmware version can lead to parameter inconsistencies and potential damage to the ESC.
- Descàrrega de programari: VESC TOOL firmware for non-Apple computers can be downloaded from the official FLIPSKY website. Apple computer users must purchase the software from the Apple App Store.
- Version Consistency: Upon initial connection of the controller, VESC TOOL may display a pop-up if firmware versions are inconsistent. It is crucial to resolve any inconsistencies before proceeding with parameter adjustments.
5.2 Choosing an ESC and Parameters
Selecting the correct ESC and configuring its parameters are critical for optimal performance and safety. The following guidelines are provided:
How to choose an ESC?
As long as the motor speed does not exceed the speed of the ESC, they can be matched.
- Speed Calculation Formula (Battery): bateria voltage * motor KV value
- Speed Calculation Formula (Motor Stator): motor KV value * battery voltage * number of motor pole pairs
- The maximum speed of the V4 series ESC is 60000 ERPM.
- The maximum speed of the V6 series ESC is 150000 ERPM.
- If the maximum speed of the motor exceeds the speed of the ESC, you can also use the method of reducing the motor working voltage to match the speed of the ESC, but it is not recommended because it does not really play the role of the motor.
How to choose parameters?
When adjusting parameters, fill in the corresponding parameters according to the type of motor and the type of electric adjustment in the store. The latest version has simplified many steps. You only need to fill in some corresponding parameters such as: battery type, number of battery cells, whether the motor is an inner rotor or an outer rotor, whether it is a profile motor or a belt motor, and the gear ratio of the belt motor; after the first selection is completed, the system will automatically match the corresponding parameters. You only need to adjust the starting force according to your personal preferences to complete the parameter adjustment.
What is the difference between V4 and V6?
In addition to the speed mentioned above, the current sampling of V4 uses 2-Shunt (2 manganese copper resistors), while the current sampling of V6 uses 3-Shunt (3 manganese copper resistors), so the current sampling accuracy of V6 is higher, and there will be no current ripple. VESC6 has a smooth linear acceleration from 0 to full speed, which is mainly because it uses three shunts.

5.3 Bluetooth Module Functionality
The FLIPSKY 75200 Pro V2.0 features an upgraded built-in Bluetooth module, eliminating the need for an external module. This allows for convenient wireless connection, parameter adjustment, and real-time data reading directly from your device.

6. Manteniment i cura
- Manipulació: The ESC seat is designed to be secure, but avoid excessive force or violence when handling to prevent it from falling off.
- Voltage Adhesió: Never exceed the specified voltage range (14-84V). Operating outside this range can cause the ESC to burn out.
- Dissipació de calor: Ensure adequate airflow and external heat dissipation, especially during high current operation, to maintain optimal performance and longevity.
- Neteja: Keep the ESC clean and free from dust, dirt, and moisture to prevent short circuits and ensure proper functioning.
7. Solució De Problemes
- Firmware Inconsistency: If VESC TOOL indicates inconsistent firmware versions upon connection, update the firmware to a consistent version before attempting any parameter adjustments. Failure to do so can lead to incorrect operation or damage.

- Verify battery connections are firm and correct polarity is observed.
- Check the key switch for proper function.

- Confirm motor phase wires are correctly and firmly welded.
- Check Hall sensor connections if applicable.
- Verify VESC TOOL motor detection and configuration parameters.
- Sobreescalfament: If the ESC becomes excessively hot, ensure adequate external heat dissipation. Reduce load or improve cooling if necessary. Verify current limits are set appropriately in VESC TOOL.

Política de devolució i canvi: As the ESC is a DIY customized product, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original state (no welding, no tearing of heat shrink film) and does not affect secondary sale. If the product has been welded, powered on, or the heat shrink film has been torn off, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
