Emergency Stop System
The MechMaxx DCH7 is equipped with an emergency stop bar located on the feeding drum, positioned for quick access by the operator. Visibility and Lighting

3.1 Desembalatge i inspecció inicial
Upon receiving your unit, carefully unpack all components and verify against the packing list. Ensure no parts are missing or damaged during transit.
3.2 Attaching the Tow Bar and Wheels
Install the tow bar onto the machine base using the provided hardware. Securely attach the wheels to the axle. This process ensures stability and mobility for the unit.

3.3 Fuel Tank and Muffler Installation
Mount the fuel tank rack onto the torsion axle and install the muffler onto the machine base. Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent leaks and ensure proper exhaust function.

3.4 Attaching Expulsion Chutes
Install the lower expulsion chute and then the upper expulsion chute. Ensure they are correctly aligned and securely fastened to direct chipped material effectively and safely.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
Proper operation ensures maximum efficiency and safety. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves.
4.1 Arrencada del motor
Before starting, ensure the unit is on a stable, level surface and clear of any obstructions. Follow the engine manufacturer's instructions for starting the 25hp gas engine. The E-Start feature simplifies the startup process.

4.2 Material d'alimentació
Feed branches and wood into the 7.5x6.5 inch feed roller. The dual variable speed hydraulic infeed system will pull material into the chipping mechanism. Do not force material into the chipper. The maximum diameter for material is 7 inches.

4.3 Adjusting Discharge
The 360° rotary discharge chute and adjustable deflector allow you to direct chipped material precisely. Adjust these components to suit your needs, whether for collecting material or spreading it as mulch.

5. Manteniment
Regular maintenance is essential for prolonging the life of your wood chipper and ensuring safe operation. Always turn off the engine and disconnect the spark plug before performing any maintenance.
5.1 Belt and Clutch Replacement
Periodically inspect the belts and clutch for wear and tear. Replace them as needed to maintain optimal performance. The discharge chute can be fully opened for easier access during maintenance, including blade replacement.

5.2 Hydraulic System Check
