3. Configuració i instal·lació

3.1 Comprovació de compatibilitat

Before beginning installation, ensure your bicycle is compatible with the BAFANG BBS01B Mid Drive Motor Kit.

• Suport inferior: Your bike must have a 68mm bottom bracket. The inner diameter of the bottom bracket should be approximately 33.5mm.
• Material del marc: It is not recommended to install this conversion kit onto a carbon fiber frame.
• Sprocket Clearance: Ensure that the chosen chainring size will not interfere with the chain stay of your bicycle frame.

3.2 Motor Installation Steps

Follow these steps to install the BAFANG mid drive motor onto your bicycle:

1. Remove your bicycle's existing bottom bracket, cranks, and chainring.
2. Insert the BAFANG mid motor into the bottom bracket shell.
3. Secure the motor with the fixed bracket, M33-PH nut, and M33 aluminum nut.
4. Install the chainring and chain guard onto the motor spindle, securing them with the provided screws.
5. Attach the right and left cranks to the motor spindle.

3.3 Esquema de cablejat

Connect the various components to the motor using the provided 1T4 cable and individual connectors. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly oriented.

• Connecteu el Mostra to the main wiring harness.

• Connecteu el Acelerador del polze to the main wiring harness.
• Connecteu el Sensor de velocitat to the motor. Ensure the sensor is mounted correctly to detect wheel rotation.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Engegada/apagada

To power on the system, press and hold the power button on the C18 display. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

4.2 C18 Display Functions

The C18 display provides real-time information and control over your e-bike system:

• Speed Indication: Mostra la velocitat actual.

• Manpower Mode: Ride the bicycle without any motor assistance, similar to a traditional bicycle.
