3. Guia de configuració

3.1 Desembalatge i inspecció inicial

3.2 Alimentació de l'alimentador

For optimal performance, power the feeder using the provided USB Type-C cable and adapter. Connect the cable to the port on the underside of the feeder and plug the adapter into a wall outlet.

En cas d'una potènciatage, the feeder can operate on 4 AA batteries (not included) for up to 48 hours. Insert batteries into the compartment on the underside of the unit, ensuring correct polarity.

3.3 Programming RFID Tags

The Sphere feeder exclusively works with its dedicated collar tag and is not compatible with a pet's internal microchip or tags from other brands. It can support up to 3 collar tags.

1. Scan RFID tag: Mantingueu la RFID tag near the feeder's sensor.
2. Click menu: Press the menu button on the LCD display.
3. ID reading: Navigate to the ID reading option.
4. Add ID: Select to add a new ID.
5. Choose ID number: Assign an ID number to the tag.

If you are unsure which pets have access, you can delete existing tags from the current settings and re-register the RFID tags to ensure only authorized pets can access their food.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Automatic Feeding

Once the RFID collar tag is programmed and worn by your pet, the feeder will automatically open its lid when the pet approaches, allowing access to the food. The lid will close a few seconds after the pet moves away, keeping the food fresh and secure.

4.2 Control manual

The LCD display allows for manual control of the feeder's lid. You can use the menu to manually open or close the door, which is useful for refilling food or for training purposes.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Instruccions de neteja

The feeding bowl, made from food-grade melamine, is removable for easy cleaning. It is recommended to hand wash the bowl regularly to maintain hygiene.

Important: Do not wash the feeder base or the RFID reader with water. These components contain electronic parts and should only be wiped clean with a damp tela.

If using battery power, replace the 4 AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the LCD screen or if the feeder's functionality is affected. Ensure the feeder is turned off before replacing batteries.

• Check RFID Tag: Ensure the pet is wearing the correct RFID collar tag and that it is properly positioned near the feeder's sensor.
• Re-register Tag: If unsure, delete the tag from the feeder's settings via the LCD menu and re-register it following the programming steps in Section 3.3.
