2. Compatibilitat

5. Guia d'instal·lació

Installation of the SHZSR Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Smart Box requires careful disassembly and reassembly of vehicle interior components. It is recommended to use plastic pry tools to avoid damaging trim pieces. The process involves removing the factory radio screen, transferring internal circuit boards, and connecting new wiring harnesses.

5.1. Disassembly of Factory Unit

1. Remove Trim Piece: Carefully pull the trim piece surrounding the factory radio towards you. It is held by pressure clips.
2. Remove Radio Frame: Unscrew the four T20 Torx bolts securing the radio frame. Once bolts are removed, the frame can be pulled out.
3. Remove Side Buttons: Unscrew the four T20 Torx bolts holding the side button panels. Disconnect their plugs. These buttons will not be reused as the new unit is larger and touch-screen operated.
4. Treure la ràdio de fàbrica: Unscrew the four T20 Torx bolts holding the factory radio in place. Carefully pull the radio out and disconnect all plugs from its back. Place the radio on a microfiber cloth to prevent scratches.
5. Remove Climate Control: Pull the aluminum trim pieces on either side of the climate control unit towards you. They are held by pressure clips. Disconnect the plug from the climate control unit.
6. Remove Aftermarket Bracket: Unscrew the two 20mm bolts holding the aftermarket bracket for the LCD screen. This bracket will be replaced.
7. Remove Internal Circuit Boards: The factory radio contains internal circuit boards that need to be transferred to the new unit.
• Unscrew the T9 Torx bolts (approximately 11) securing the main circuit board.
• Carefully lift the main circuit board. Note the ribbon cable connecting it to the lower board.
• To disconnect the ribbon cable, gently pry up the small black piece on the connector. Ensure the blue side of the ribbon faces up when reattaching.
• Unscrew the T10 Torx bolts (2 larger ones) securing the lower circuit board.
• Carefully separate the two circuit boards, noting how they click into each other.

5.2. Assembly of New Unit

1. Transfer Circuit Boards: Transfer the factory circuit boards into the new unit's casing. Ensure all holes align and secure them with the appropriate T9 and T10 Torx bolts.

3. Attach Wiring Harnesses: Connect the provided wiring harnesses to the new unit. All harnesses are color-matched for easy connection.

6. Configuració

6.1. CarPlay Connection Settings

To connect your iPhone to CarPlay:

1. Premeu el botó Navigation/NAV button on your car's console to enter the AUTOABC system.
2. On the AUTOABC system screen, select CarPlay.

4. Confirm pairing on both your iPhone and the car screen. CarPlay should now connect.

6.2. AUX Audio Settings

To ensure audio plays through your car's speakers:

6.3. AUTOABC System Setup Bluetooth Audio
