1. Introducció

4. Setup (Installation Instructions)

Disclaimer: Installation of this lift kit requires specialized tools and automotive knowledge. If you are not confident in your ability to perform this installation safely and correctly, seek assistance from a certified professional mechanic.

4.1. General Preparation

1. Aparqueu el vehicle en una superfície plana i anivellada.
2. Engage the parking brake and block the rear wheels.
3. Loosen the front and rear lug nuts.
4. Jack up the front of the vehicle and support it securely with jack stands under the frame. Remove the front wheels.
5. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and support it securely with jack stands under the frame. Remove the rear wheels.

4.2. Front Strut Spacer Installation

1. Locate the front strut assembly.
2. Carefully disconnect any brake lines, ABS wires, or sway bar links that may interfere with the strut removal.
3. Remove the lower strut mounting bolts and the upper strut nuts.
4. Remove the entire strut assembly from the vehicle.
5. Install the front strut spacer on top of the strut assembly, aligning the bolt holes. Secure with the provided hardware.
6. Reinstall the strut assembly with the spacer into the vehicle. Ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
7. Reconnect all disconnected components (brake lines, ABS wires, sway bar links).

4.3. Rear Spring Spacer and Shock Extender Installation

1. Locate the rear coil springs and shocks.

4. Carefully lower the axle to allow for removal of the coil springs.
5. Install the rear spring spacers on top of the coil springs.
6. Reinstall the coil springs with spacers.

8. Raise the axle and reconnect the shocks with the extenders. Tighten all hardware to manufacturer's specifications.

After completing both front and rear installations, reinstall the wheels and lower the vehicle. Torque all lug nuts to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.

After installation, it is crucial to perform the following steps:
