The BAOFENG 5RH Pro GPS radio features a 1.77-inch TFT large screen and a full keyboard for intuitive menu operation. Key components include the antenna connector, power/volume knob, PTT (Push-to-Talk) button, A/B band switch, VFO/MR mode button, and a numeric keypad for frequency input and menu navigation.

5. Configuració

5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

Align the 6800mAh battery pack with the grooves on the back of the radio.

Screw the desired antenna (original or tactical) clockwise onto the antenna connector at the top of the radio until it is finger-tight. Do not overtighten.

The 5RH Pro supports two charging methods:

Càrrega directa USB-C: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the side of the radio and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., laptop, car charger, power bank).
Carregador d'escriptori: Place the radio with the battery installed into the desktop charging cradle. Ensure the charging contacts align. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Engegada/Apagada i control de volum

Encès: Gireu el botó d'engegada/volum en sentit horari fins que sentiu un clic. La pantalla s'il·luminarà.
Apagar: Gireu el botó d'engegada/volum en sentit antihorari fins que sentiu un clic.

6.2 Navegació de menús

The 5RH Pro features a fully open menu operation. Press the MENÚ botó per accedir al menú principal. Utilitzar el Amunt/Avall arrow keys to navigate through options and the MENÚ button again to confirm selections. The Sortida button returns to the previous screen or exits the menu.

6.3 Selecció de canal i freqüència

The radio supports up to 640 named memory channels and VFO (Variable Frequency Oscillator) mode for direct frequency input.

Premeu el botó VFO/MR button to switch between VFO (Frequency) mode and MR (Memory Channel) mode.
In VFO mode, use the numeric keypad to enter frequencies directly or the UP/DOWN arrow keys to scan.
In MR mode, use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to select a stored channel.

Pas 1: Turn on your BAOFENG 5RH Pro radio. Press and hold the # key to initiate the frequency search. The screen will display "SEARCH".
Pas 2: While your radio is searching, press and hold the transmit button (PTT) on the other radio you wish to copy the frequency from. Once your 5RH Pro detects and decodes the frequency, it will display it on the screen. Press the MENÚ botó per confirmar.
Pas 3: Switch your radio to channel mode. Select the newly copied channel. You can now communicate on this frequency.

6.5 Funcionalitat del GPS

The 5RH Pro integrates GPS for accurate positioning and location sharing.
