4. Configuració
4.1 Desembalatge
- Carefully remove the belt sander and all accessories from the packaging.

4.2 Installing the Sanding Belt

- Locate the belt release lever on the side of the sander.
- Push the belt release lever to relieve tension on the sanding belt.
- Slide the old belt off (if applicable) and slide the new 3x21 inch sanding belt onto the rollers, ensuring the directional arrow on the belt matches the arrow on the sander housing.
- Release the belt release lever to tension the new belt.
- Plug in the sander and briefly turn it on to check belt tracking. Adjust the belt tracking knob if the belt drifts to one side, ensuring it runs centrally on the rollers.

5.1 Engegada/apagada
- To turn the sander ON, depress the trigger switch on the main handle.

- To turn the sander OFF, release the trigger switch. If locked on, depress the trigger fully and then release it.
5.2 Control de velocitat variable
The variable speed dial allows you to adjust the belt speed from 500 to 1050 FPM. Lower speeds are suitable for fine finishing and heat-sensitive materials, while higher speeds are ideal for rapid stock removal.
- Rotate the orange dial at the front of the sander to select the desired speed setting.
- Experiment with different speeds on scrap material to find the optimal setting for your specific task and material.
