Follow these steps to operate your Acekool soft serve ice cream machine.

- Preparació de la barreja: Prepare your soft serve ice cream mix according to your recipe. Ensure it is well-mixed and free of lumps.
- Pour Mix: Open the dust-proof lid and carefully pour the prepared ice cream mix into the 7-liter stainless steel hopper. Do not overfill.

- Mode AUTOMÀTIC: Press the "AUTO" button on the control panel. The machine will begin the freezing process. The pre-cooling function will activate to bring the mix to optimal temperature quickly, reducing waiting time.
- Pre-Cooling Function: The machine automatically utilizes its pre-cooling function to maintain the ice cream at an optimal freezing temperature, ensuring a smooth texture and consistency. This also helps to chill the ingredients inside the machine before full operation.
- Adjust Hardness: Use the "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel to adjust the desired hardness of the ice cream. Higher numbers typically indicate a harder consistency.
- Dispensar gelat: Once the ice cream reaches the desired consistency (indicated on the LED display), place a cone or cup under the dispensing nozzle and pull the ergonomic handle down to dispense.
- Built-in Puffing Technology: This machine incorporates built-in puffing technology to enhance the texture and volume of the soft serve, resulting in a creamier product.

- Atura l'operació: To stop the freezing process, press the "STOP" button.
Manteniment i Neteja
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygienic operation of your machine. The automatic cleaning function simplifies this process.
- Daily Cleaning (Automatic):
