The Paruu P16 Hands Free Breast Pump is designed to provide a comfortable, efficient, and discreet pumping experience for breastfeeding mothers. Configuració

Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the breast pump. Connect the Type-C charging cable to the pump motor and a 5V-1A power source. Charge for approximately 2.5 hours until the battery indicator shows a full charge.

Neteja i desinfecció

Disassemble all breast pump parts that come into contact with breast milk for cleaning. The pump motor should NOT be washed or sanitized.

1. Wash parts (Flange Insert, Milk Collector, Valve, Flange) in warm soapy water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Sanitize with boiling water or steam in a sanitizing pot for 5-10 minutes. Ensure water temperature is between 104°F-140°F (40°C-60°C).

Assemblea

Assemble the breast pump only after all parts are clean and dry. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Push the valve into the collector without gaps.
2. Gently push the flange into the collector without gaps.
3. Attach the diaphragm to the pump motor, ensuring it is sealed well.
4. Assemble the pump motor and milk collector, ensuring they are tightly connected without gaps.

Mida de la brida

Choosing the correct flange size is crucial for comfort and efficiency. Use the provided Nipple Measurement Card to find your ideal size:

1. Stimulate the nipple until it perks up (don't skip this step).
2. Find the nipple base.
3. Measure your nipple diameter using the measurement card.

5. Choose the corresponding flange size (19mm, 21mm, 24mm inserts are included).

Long-press the On/Off/Mode Selection button to turn the device on or off.

Selecció del mode

The Paruu P16 offers 4 distinct modes to optimize your pumping experience. Short-press the On/Off/Mode Selection button to switch between modes:

• Mode d'estimulació: Begins with a quick and short sucking pattern to get your milk to start flowing.
• Mode d'expressió: Features a slow and long sucking pattern for deeper and more effective milk expression.
• Two-in-one Mode: Combines 8 quick and short sucking patterns followed by a slow and long sucking pattern.
• Dual-frequency Mode: Specifically designed for breastfeeding moms with inverted and flat nipples. This mode begins with low suction-pause-high suction-release to promote smoother pumping.

Ajust del nivell d'aspiració

Each mode has 12 adjustable suction levels. Use the '+' button to increase suction and the '-' button to decrease suction. The current suction level is displayed on the LED screen.

Emmagatzematge de llet

After pumping, carefully remove the pump from your breast. To pour milk, gently remove the pump motor and align the spout of the milk collector with your storage bottle. Pour the milk into a clean, sterile bottle or storage bag.
