• Sofa feels too firm: New cushions may feel firm initially. They will soften with use over time. Allow up to 48 hours for cushions to fully expand after unpacking.

• Pull-out bed not extending/retracting smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the mechanism. Ensure the module is on a flat, even surface.
• Fabric appears wrinkled or flattened: Gently fluff and pat the cushions. The plush corduroy will regain its texture.
