3.1 Cablejat inicial

3.2 Network Configuration via ZTE Smart Life App

The ZTE Smart Life app provides an easy way to set up and manage your router.

1. Descarrega i instal·la l'aplicació: Download the "ZTE Smart Life" app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS). You can also scan the QR code provided on the Wi-Fi Information Card.

2. Crea un compte: Launch the app and create a new account. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or consider using a free email service like Gmail.
3. Connecta't a Wi-Fi: On your smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings, select the SSID (network name) found on your Wi-Fi Information Card, and enter the password to connect to the router's Wi-Fi network.
4. Configure Device in App: After connecting to the Wi-Fi, open the ZTE Smart Life app. If an unregistered device is displayed, select "Local" and proceed with the Wi-Fi settings.

5. Customize Internet and Wi-Fi Settings: Navigate to "Network Settings → Connection Method" within the app. Configure the connection method according to your internet service provider's contract details to establish an internet connection. The default connection method is DHCP.

6. Change SSID and Password: From "Wi-Fi Management → Wi-Fi Settings", change the SSID and password to your preferred settings. This completes the setup.

3.3 Network Configuration via Web Navegador

1. Connecta't a Wi-Fi: On your computer, connect to the router's Wi-Fi network using the SSID and password found on the included Wi-Fi Information Card.

• Dispositius amb cable: Connect devices like desktop computers, gaming consoles (e.g., PS5, Nintendo Switch), or smart TVs to the router's LAN ports using Ethernet cables for a stable, high-speed connection.

4.3 Estat dels indicadors LED

The LED indicator on the router provides information about its status:

• Verd sòlid: Internet connection is active and working normally.
• Verd intermitent: Establishing connection or data transfer.
• Vermell sòlid: No internet connection or an error has occurred.

If you encounter issues with your ZTE Kumo AX3000 Router, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Sense connexió a Internet:
  • Check if the WAN cable is securely connected to both the router and the modem.
  • Verify that the modem is powered on and functioning correctly.
  • Restart both the modem and the router by unplugging them for 30 seconds and then plugging them back in.
  • Confirm your internet connection settings in the ZTE Smart Life app or web interface match your ISP's requirements.
• Velocitat Wi-Fi lenta:
  • Assegureu-vos que els vostres dispositius estiguin connectats a la banda de 5 GHz per a velocitats més altes, si és compatible.
  • Reduce the distance between your device and the router, or consider adding an EasyMesh compatible device to extend coverage.

• No es pot connectar a Wi-Fi:
  • Verify that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi password (case-sensitive).
