Configuració

1. Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i assegureu-vos que hi hagi tots els components.
2. Neteja inicial: Before first use, wash the portafilter, filter basket, measuring scoop/tamper, water reservoir, and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp tela.
3. Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Remove the water reservoir from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Do not exceed the MAX line. Place the reservoir back securely.

4. Cicle de primer ús (primació): Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn on the machine. The indicator lights will flash as the machine heats up. Once stable, place a large cup under the portafilter and another under the steam wand. Turn the steam/hot water knob to the hot water position to flush water through the system. Repeat this process for the steam wand to ensure it is clear.

Instruccions de funcionament

Elaboració d'espresso

1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled and the machine is powered on and preheated (indicator lights solid).
2. Add finely ground espresso coffee to the filter basket in the portafilter. Use the included measuring scoop for appropriate dosage (one scoop for a single shot, two for a double).
3. Utilitzeu la tamper end of the scoop to gently but firmly press the ground coffee evenly.

4. Fixeu el portafiltre al capçal de preparació alineant-lo i girant-lo fermament cap a la dreta fins que quedi ben fixat.
5. Col·loqueu la tassa o tasses d'espresso a la safata de degoteig directament sota els brocs del portafiltre.
6. Select your desired shot size: press the Tir únic button for one espresso or the Doble tir button for two. The machine will automatically brew and stop.

7. For manual control, press the Manual Brew button to start and press again to stop.

Escumant de llet

1. Ompliu una gerra d'escuma d'acer inoxidable amb llet freda (làctica o no làctica) fins just per sota del broc.
2. Turn the steam/hot water knob to the steam position. Wait for the steam indicator light to illuminate steadily, indicating the machine is ready for steaming.
3. Position the steam wand just below the surface of the milk. Turn the steam knob to release steam.
4. Move the pitcher up and down to create microfoam. Once desired texture is achieved, turn off the steam and remove the pitcher.
5. Netegeu immediatament la vareta de vapor amb aiguaamp drap per evitar que s'assequin els residus de llet.

Distribució d'aigua calenta

1. Col·loqueu una tassa sota la vareta de vapor.
2. Gireu el botó de vapor/aigua calenta a la posició d'aigua calenta. Sortirà aigua calenta de la lança de vapor.
3. Turn the knob back to the off position to stop the flow.

The top surface of the espresso maker features a stainless steel warming plate. Place your espresso cups here to keep them warm before serving, ensuring your coffee stays hot longer.

Manteniment

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and longevity of your espresso maker.

1. Neteja diària:
   • Després de cada ús, traieu el portafiltre i llenceu els mòlts de cafè utilitzats. Esbandiu el portafiltre i la cistella del filtre amb aigua corrent.
   • Buideu i esbandiu la safata de degoteig.

   • Netegeu l'exterior de la màquina amb un damp tela.
   • Immediatament després d'escumar la llet, netegeu la boquilla de vapor amb un drap.amp drap per eliminar qualsevol residu de llet. Purgueu una petita quantitat de vapor per netejar el broquet intern.
2. Neteja setmanal:
   • Remove and thoroughly clean the water reservoir with warm, soapy water. Rinse well.
   • Clean the shower screen (where the portafilter attaches) with a brush to remove any coffee grounds.
3. Descaling (Every 2-3 months or as needed):
   • Prepareu una solució descalcificadora segons les instruccions del fabricant del descalcificador (o utilitzeu una barreja de vinagre blanc i aigua).

   • Run several brewing cycles and dispense hot water through the steam wand until the reservoir is empty.
   • Rinse the reservoir and fill with fresh water. Run several cycles with fresh water to flush out any remaining descaling solution.
