4. Configuració
4.1 Desembalatge i col·locació
- Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge.
- Col·loqueu el gravador sobre una superfície estable i anivellada en una zona ben ventilada.
- Ensure sufficient space around the machine for operation and maintenance.
4.2 Connexió d'alimentació
- Connect the power cable to the machine and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
- Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before connecting.
4.3 Instal·lació del programari
The OMTech 50W Fiber Laser Engraver is compatible with EZCad2 and LightBurn software. Install the preferred software on your computer using the provided installation media or by downloading from the official OMTech weblloc.

4.4 Focus Adjustment (Red Dot Pointer)
The machine is equipped with a red dot pointer for easy focus adjustment:
- Place your material on the workbed.
- Press the focus button on the machine to activate the red dot pointer.
- Adjust the height of the laser head until the two red dots converge into a single, sharp point on the material surface. This indicates optimal focus.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Preparació del material
- Clean the material surface to remove any dust or debris.
- Securely place the material on the workbed to prevent movement during engraving.
5.2 Procés de gravat
- Design Creation/Import: Use EZCad2 or LightBurn to create your design or import an existing image file (supported formats: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, dxf, dst, ai).
- Configuració dels paràmetres: Adjust laser power, speed, frequency, and other settings based on the material type and desired engraving effect. Refer to software documentation for detailed parameter guidance.
- Preview: Utilize the software's preview function to ensure the design is correctly positioned on the material.
- Comença el gravat: Initiate the engraving process from the software. Monitor the machine closely during operation.
5.3 Materials suportats
The OMTech 50W Fiber Laser Engraver is suitable for marking a wide range of materials, including but not limited to:
- Metalls: Gold, Silver, Brass, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Tungsten, Cast Aluminum.
- Non-Metals: Certain plastics, leather, paper, wood, brick, granite, marble, tile, glass (with specific preparation).

5.4 Rotary Axis Compatibility
The engraver supports rotary axis attachments for engraving on cylindrical surfaces like bottles, rings, and tubes. Refer to the rotary axis manual for specific setup and operation instructions.

6. Manteniment
- Neteja regular: Keep the work area and the machine's exterior clean. Use a soft, dry cloth.
