Configuració
1. Muntatge de la caixa forta
The VEVOR SS-650QR safe is designed for wall-mounted or embedded installation between standard 16-inch on-center studs. It features 4 pre-drilled holes on each side and 2 on the back for secure attachment. Use the provided expansion bolts for concrete or masonry, or appropriate wood screws (not included) for wood studs.
- Identify a suitable location between two wall studs.
- Cut an opening in the wall that matches the dimensions of the safe's body, ensuring a snug fit. Refer to the specifications section for precise dimensions.
- Insert the safe into the opening.
- Secure the safe using the pre-drilled holes. For wood studs, use appropriate wood screws. For concrete or masonry, drill pilot holes and use the provided expansion bolts. Ensure the safe is flush with the wall surface.

2. Battery Installation and Initial Power-Up
The safe's electronic lock requires batteries for operation. While the product specifications state "Batteries Required? No", this refers to the safe not coming with pre-installed batteries. The electronic keypad requires 4 AA batteries (not included) to function. The external power box also requires batteries (not included) for emergency power.

3. Configuració del codi d'usuari
Upon first use, the factory default code is typically "1234". It is highly recommended to change this immediately.
- With the safe door open, press the RESET button located on the inside of the door (usually near the battery compartment).
- The indicator light on the keypad will flash, indicating it's ready for a new code.
- Enter a new 3-12 digit code.

The safe offers multiple ways to access your valuables:

- Using the Emergency Key: In case of forgotten code or electronic malfunction, insert the emergency key into the keyhole (usually concealed) and turn it while simultaneously turning the knob to open the door.
- Using the External Power Box: If the internal batteries are depleted, connect the external power box (with fresh batteries) to the emergency power port on the keypad. Then, enter your user code as usual.

2. Tancament i bloqueig de la caixa forta
To lock the safe, simply close the door firmly. The electronic locking mechanism will automatically engage, securing the door.

The safe is equipped with a dual alarm system for enhanced security:
- Incorrect Password Alarm: If 3 consecutive incorrect password entries are made, the safe will activate an alert sound and lock for 20 seconds. If 6 consecutive incorrect entries occur, it will emit an alert sound and lock for 5 minutes.
- Vibration/Impact Alarm: The safe features a sensor that triggers an alarm if it detects severe impact or violent vibrations, indicating a potential break-in attempt.

4. Adjustable Shelves and Key Hooks
The safe includes 3 adjustable shelves and 6 key hooks to help organize your items. The shelves can be repositioned using the provided shelf clips to accommodate items of various sizes. The hidden compartment design adds an extra layer of security for sensitive documents or small valuables.
