1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the ROCAM Indoor Security Camera. This device is designed to provide reliable home surveillance with features such as 360° pan/tilt, 2-way audio, and night vision. This manual will guide you through the installation, setup, and operation of your camera.

2. Contingut del paquet

4. Guia de configuració

4.1. Instal·lació física

1. Trieu una ubicació: Select an indoor location with a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. The camera can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a ceiling.
2. Encès: Connect the power adapter to the camera's DC 5V port and plug it into a power outlet. The camera will power on and initiate its self-test.
3. Llum indicadora: Wait for the indicator light to flash red, indicating it's ready for connection.

4.2. Instal·lació de l'aplicació i creació de compte

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca the "ROCAM" app in your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store) and download it.
2. Registre del compte: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to register a new account using your email address or phone number.

4.3. Connexió de la càmera

1. Afegeix un dispositiu: In the ROCAM app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select "Smart Camera" or the appropriate camera type.
2. Configuració Wi-Fi: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted. Nota: No s'admeten xarxes Wi-Fi de 5 GHz.
3. Escaneja el codi QR: The app will generate a QR code. Hold your phone approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) in front of the camera lens until you hear a prompt sound from the camera, indicating successful scanning.
4. Connection Complete: Un cop connectada, l'indicador lluminós de la càmera s'il·luminarà de color blau fix. Ara podeu posar un nom a la càmera i començar a utilitzar-la.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. En directe View

Open the ROCAM app and tap on your camera's name to access the live video feed. You can view foo en temps realtage de la teva càmera.

5.2. Pan, Tilt, and Digital Zoom

En directe view screen, swipe your finger across the video feed to remotely control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements. Pinch to zoom in or out digitally.

• Gamma de panell: 320° horizontal rotation.
• Rang inclinat: 80° vertical rotation.
• Zoom digital: 4X digital zoom.

5.3. Àudio bidireccional

Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera's speaker. Tap the speaker icon to listen to audio from the camera's surroundings.

5.4. Detecció de moviment i alertes

Enable motion detection in the camera settings within the app. When motion is detected, the camera will record a short video clip and send an alert notification to your smartphone.

5.5. Visió nocturna

The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear black and white video up to 30 feet using its integrated IR system.

5.6. Enregistrament i emmagatzematge de vídeo

The camera supports two recording methods:

• Emmagatzematge de targetes MicroSD: Insert a MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the camera's slot for local storage of recordings. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the card.
• Emmagatzematge al núvol: Subscribe to the optional cloud storage service through the ROCAM app for secure, off-site video storage.

6. Manteniment

6.1. Neteja

Netegeu suaument la lent i el cos de la càmera amb un drap suau i sec. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o netejadors abrasius.

6.2. Actualitzacions de firmware

Periodically check the ROCAM app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance and security features.

6.3. Gestió de l'emmagatzematge

If using a MicroSD card, regularly review i gestionar foo gravattage. Old recordings may be overwritten automatically when the card is full, depending on your settings.

7. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no es connecta a la Wi-Fi:
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. 5GHz is not supported.
  • Comproveu que la contrasenya del Wi-Fi sigui correcta.
  • Apropa la càmera al teu encaminador Wi-Fi.
  • Reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear a prompt.
• No live video feed:
  • Verify the camera is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi (solid blue indicator light).
  • Comproveu la vostra connexió a Internet.
  • Restart the ROCAM app.
• No s'han rebut alertes de moviment:
  • Assegureu-vos que la detecció de moviment estigui activada a la configuració de l'aplicació.
  • Check your phone's notification settings for the ROCAM app.
  • Ajusteu la sensibilitat al moviment si cal.
