4. Configuració

Segueix aquests passos per configurar el carregador de bateries:

1. Inspecció inicial: Before connecting, inspect the charger, cables, and clamps for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
2. Connectar a la bateria:
   • Connecteu el cl VERMELL (+)amp al terminal positiu (+) de la bateria.
   • Connect the BLACK (-) clamp al terminal negatiu (-) de la bateria.
   • Assegureu-vos que la connexió sigui segura per evitar espurnes.

3. Connecteu-vos a l'alimentació: Plug the charger's power cord into a standard AC power outlet (US Plug).
4. Encès: Locate the power switch on the rear of the charger and switch it to the 'ON' position. The display screen will illuminate.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

Once the charger is set up and powered on, follow these steps to begin charging:

1. Visualització finalitzadaview: The LCD screen will show battery voltage, charging current, and battery percentage.
2. Selecciona el corrent de càrrega: Press the 'CURRENT' button to cycle through the available charging current options (5A, 10A, 20A). Select the appropriate current for your battery size and type.
3. Mode automàtic: The charger automatically detects 12V or 24V batteries and adjusts accordingly. It also identifies the battery type (e.g., AGM) and displays it.
4. 0V Start Function: If a deeply discharged battery (0V) is connected, the charger will attempt to initiate charging. This process may take some time.
5. Procés de càrrega: The charger will begin charging. Monitor the display for progress. The intelligent fan will activate as needed to maintain optimal temperature.
6. Finalització de la càrrega: The display will indicate when charging is complete (e.g., 100% VOL).
7. Desconnexió:
   • First, switch off the charger using the power switch.
   • Desendolleu el cable d'alimentació de la presa de CA.
   • Disconnect the BLACK (-) clamp del terminal negatiu de la bateria.
   • Disconnect the RED (+) clamp del terminal positiu de la bateria.

6. Manteniment

Un manteniment adequat garanteix la longevitat i el rendiment òptim del carregador:

• Neteja: Disconnect the charger from power and battery before cleaning. Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
• Emmagatzematge: Store the charger in a cool, dry place when not in use. Keep cables neatly coiled and clampestà protegit.
• Inspecció del cable: Periodically inspect the power cord and battery cables for cuts, fraying, or damage. Replace if necessary.
