Proper installation is crucial for optimal sound performance and speaker longevity. These speakers are designed for marine environments and offer versatile mounting options.

4.1 Selecció d'una ubicació de muntatge

Select a location that provides adequate space for the speaker depth and allows for secure mounting. Ensure the location is free from obstructions and protected from direct water submersion. The speakers are designed with a swivel marine bracket mount capability for flexible positioning.

4.2 Muntatge dels altaveus

Mark the mounting holes using the provided template (if applicable) or by carefully positioning the speaker.
Cut the necessary opening for the speaker using an appropriate tool. Ensure the cut is clean and smooth.

4.3 Connexions de cablejat

The KICKER 51MSC65 and 51MSS65 speakers feature 4-Ohm impedance and utilize bare wire connectivity. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -) for optimal sound.

For the 51MSS65 component speakers, connect the woofer and tweeter to the passive crossover network (if supplied externally) before connecting to the amplifier. The 51MSC65 coaxial speakers have internal crossovers.
