4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB-C charging cable. The charging port is located on the top of the unit. A full charge ensures maximum standby time.

Download the recommended mobile application (e.g., Tuya Smart or Smart Life app) from your device's app store. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and log in.

3. Choose 'Security Camera' or 'Smart Camera' from the device list.
4. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
5. Ensure your phone is close to the camera and Wi-Fi router during pairing.

5.1 Viu View and Pan Control

Once connected, open the app to access the live video feed. Use the on-screen controls to pan the camera horizontally (3550) to adjust the viewangle de ing.

Use the two-way audio feature to communicate with individuals near the camera. Activate the built-in siren through the app to deter intruders.

• La bateria es descarrega ràpidament: High motion activity or frequent live view access can reduce battery life. Ensure the camera is fully charged. Adjust motion detection sensitivity to reduce unnecessary recordings.
• Charging port inconvenient: The charging port is on top. For ceiling-mounted installations, the camera must be removed for charging. This is by design.
• No motion alerts: Check app notification settings on your phone. Ensure motion detection is enabled in the camera settings within the app.
