1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper use, setup, operation, and maintenance of your Yeasound RIC700 Plus OTC Hearing Aids. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your device to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3. Guia de configuració

3.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge your Yeasound RIC700 Plus hearing aids. Place the hearing aids into the charging case, and connect the charging case to the charger base. The hearing aids have a battery life of up to 31 hours of hearing (18 hours of streaming calls or music on iOS devices), and the charging case offers an additional 8 charging cycles (up to 279 hours total).

3.2 App Download and Device Pairing

The iYeasound app is essential for controlling and fine-tuning your hearing aids. It is compatible with iOS 14 or later for Apple devices and Android 10 or later for Android devices.

To download the app, scan the QR code provided in the product packaging or search for "iYeasound" in your device's app store. After downloading, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to log in or sign up. You can also use guest mode initially.

For iOS users, after logging in, click "Add Device" in the app. Place the hearing aids into the charging case and then take them out to initiate pairing mode. Go to your iPhone's Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices and select "Yeasound RIC800" to pair. Once paired, return to the iYeasound app. Android users do not need this separate pairing step; the app handles it directly.

3.3 Receiver Wire Sizing

The RIC700 Plus comes with various domes and a tool to measure your ear for the correct receiver wire size. Ensure the wire fits comfortably for optimal sound delivery and discreet wearing.

4. Operating Your Hearing Aids

4.1 Basic Controls and App Interface

Once connected, the iYeasound app's home page displays the connection status and battery levels of both hearing aids. The app allows you to switch between multiple sound modes (Adaptive, General, Noisy, Music, Outdoors) to suit different environments. You can also customize sound presets, enhance sound, adjust noise reduction, and control directionality for a personalized hearing experience.

4.2 Personalització del so

Within the app, navigate to "Sound Setting" to fine-tune your hearing experience. You can adjust low, medium, and high frequencies, as well as noise reduction levels (Off, Low, Middle, High). Directionality can also be set to All-Around, Forward, or Focus, allowing you to concentrate on specific sound sources.

4.3 Control de volum

Adjust the volume of each hearing aid independently using the "+/-" buttons or by dragging the sliders in the app. If the "Sync" switch is turned on, adjustments to one side will be mirrored on the other. Turning off the "Sync" switch allows for independent volume control for each ear.

Regularly clean your hearing aids using the provided cleaning brush to remove any wax or debris. Ensure the ear domes are free from blockages for clear sound transmission.

5.2 Auto-Drying Feature

The 2-in-1 charging case also functions as an auto-dryer. When connected to the base, it will automatically start drying your hearing aids for 1 hour. This helps prevent moisture damage and ensures longevity.

Your Yeasound RIC700 Plus hearing aids are IPX8 waterproof, featuring dual-layer coating inside and out. This design resists dust, water, rain, and sweat, allowing for worry-free use even in wet conditions. However, proper drying after exposure to moisture is still recommended.
