Configuració
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed from the robot and base station. Place the base station in an open area with good Wi-Fi coverage (2.4GHz Wi-Fi only). Fill the clean water tank and install the dust bag as per the instructions. Download the NARWAL Freo App to your smartphone and follow the on-screen prompts to connect your device.

DualFlow Tangle-Free System
The revolutionary DualFlow Tangle-Free System ensures zero hair tangles throughout the robot cleaner. This system is perfect for homes with pets or long-haired occupants, providing uninterrupted cleaning and minimal maintenance.

7-Week Maintenance-Free Dust Disposal
The innovative design includes built-in dust compression technology that compacts debris into a disposable bag, allowing for up to 7 weeks of maintenance-free cleaning. This reduces the frequency of dust disposal and minimizes mess.

Problemes de connexió Wi-Fi
If your Freo Pro is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi:
- Open the app and go to the Device Homepage.
- Tap the Settings icon (top-right corner).
- Choose Device > Reset Network to start reconnection.
Nota: Only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. Ensure the robot is near your router.
Obstacle Avoidance & Stairs
The Freo Pro has cliff sensors to spot stairs and ledges. For optimal safety:
- Check Stairless Mode: Ensure Stairless Mode is turned off if you have stairs. Go to Settings > General > Stairless mode and disable it.
- Create No-Go Zones for Stairs: For stairs under 10 cm, create a no-go zone (Map > Map Editing > No-Go Zones) in the app to prevent the robot from going near them.
Tangle-Free System Maintenance
While designed to be tangle-free, side brushes may wear differently depending on household environments and debris. Check for frayed bristles, damage, or hair tangling before use. Replace if bristles are worn or damaged.
If tangling occurs, follow these steps to fix it:
- Remove the side brush and clear hair from both ends.
- Use scissors to cut and remove tangled hair.
- Check for frayed bristles before reinstalling.
Carpet Cleaning Notes
The Freo Pro uses carpet-friendly technology to clean your carpets without damage:

- Auto-Raise Mop: Lifts the mop 12mm when crossing carpets to avoid wetting or staining them.
- Potència: Automatically increases suction for deep cleaning on carpets without using the mop.
The default setting avoids carpets to protect them. To enable carpet cleaning, go to the app and turn on Carpet Mode. Works best on carpets under 20mm thick with pile height ≤ 0.7cm. Thicker or denser rugs may not be detected properly. If your carpets exceed the limits, turn OFF carpet mode in the app to avoid issues.
