1. After inserting the adapter, a pop-up window may appear. If not, open 'This PC' or 'My Computer' and locate the 'Tenda' drive (similar to a USB storage device).
2. Double-click the 'Setup.exe' file within the Tenda drive to run the driver installation.

1. After successful driver installation, click on the Wi-Fi icon in your computer's taskbar (Windows) or network settings (Linux).

3.2 AP Mode (Hotspot Function)

The AP Mode allows your computer to function as a Wi-Fi hotspot, sharing its internet connection with other devices. Note that AP Mode only supports the 5GHz band.

1. Ensure your computer has an active internet connection (e.g., via Ethernet or another Wi-Fi adapter).
2. Access your computer's network settings.
3. Locate the 'Mobile hotspot' or 'AP Mode' settings.
4. Configure the hotspot name (SSID) and password.
5. Enable the hotspot function. Up to 8 devices can connect to your computer's shared Wi-Fi network.
