• Tauler de control: Features buttons for single shot, double shot, power, manual operation, and steam (Vapeur).

Configuració i primer ús

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all packaging materials and check for any damage. Ensure all accessories are present, including the portafilter and filter basket.
2. Col·locació: Col·loqueu la màquina de cafè sobre una superfície estable, plana i resistent a la calor, allunyada de fonts d'aigua i de calor.
3. Ompliment del dipòsit d'aigua: Traieu el dipòsit d'aigua de la part posterior de la màquina. Ompliu-lo amb aigua fresca i freda fins a la línia MAX. Torneu a col·locar el dipòsit de manera segura.
4. Cicle d'esbandida inicial: Before first use, perform a rinse cycle to clean the internal components.
   • Assegureu-vos que el dipòsit d'aigua estigui ple.
   • Place a large cup or container under the coffee spout.
   • Plug in the machine and press the PODER botó. L'indicador lluminós s'il·luminarà.
   • Once the machine is heated (indicator light stable), press the SIMPLE or DOBLE button to run water through the system without coffee. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
5. Steam Wand Preparation: If using the steam wand, ensure it is clean and positioned over the drip tray during the rinse cycle to clear any residual water.

Instruccions de funcionament

Elaboració d'espresso

1. Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Assegureu-vos que el dipòsit d'aigua estigui ple d'aigua fresca i freda.
2. Preescalfament: Plug in the machine and press the PODER button. Wait for the machine to heat up until the indicator light is stable.
3. Preparació del portafiltre: Add desired amount of finely ground coffee to the filter basket (single or double shot). Tamp the coffee evenly and firmly. Wipe any excess grounds from the rim.
4. Connecteu el portafiltre: Introduïu el portafiltre al capçal del grup i gireu-lo fermament cap a la dreta fins que quedi ben bloquejat.
5. Col·loca la copa: Position your espresso cup(s) on the drip tray directly under the portafilter spouts.
6. Fer cafè: Premeu el botó SIMPLE or DOBLE button to start brewing. The machine will automatically stop when the programmed volume is dispensed. For manual control, press the MANUAL button to start and press again to stop.
7. Gaudeix: Your espresso is ready.

Frothing Milk (Steam Function)

1. Preparar la llet: Ompliu una gerra d'acer inoxidable per escumar amb llet freda (lletosa o no làctica). No l'ompliu més d'un terç de la seva capacitat.
2. Activa Steam: Premeu el botó VAPEUR (Steam) button. Wait for the steam indicator light to become stable, indicating the machine has reached steaming temperature.
3. Vareta de vapor de purga: Col·loqueu la vareta de vapor sobre la safata de degoteig i obriu breument el botó de vapor per alliberar l'aigua condensada. Tanqueu el botó.
4. Escuma de llet: Immerse the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk. Slowly open the steam knob. Move the pitcher up and down to create foam. Once desired texture and temperature are reached, close the steam knob.
5. Neteja la vareta de vapor: Netegeu immediatament la vareta de vapor amb aiguaamp drap per eliminar qualsevol residu de llet. Obriu breument el botó de vapor de nou per eliminar la llet de l'interior de la vareta.

Cura i Manteniment

Una neteja i un manteniment regulars garantiran la longevitat i el rendiment òptim de la teva màquina de cafè.

• Neteja diària:
  • Empty and rinse the drip tray after each use. The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning.
  • Clean the portafilter and filter basket with warm water immediately after use to remove coffee grounds.
  • Netegeu l'exterior de la màquina amb un anunciamp tela.
  • Clean the steam wand immediately after frothing milk.
• Neteja del dipòsit d'aigua: Netegeu el dipòsit d'aigua regularment amb un detergent suau i esbandiu-lo bé.
• Descalcificació: Depending on water hardness, descale the machine every 2-3 months. Use a commercial descaling solution designed for coffee machines and follow the product's instructions. This removes mineral buildup that can affect performance and taste.
• Emmagatzematge: Si guardeu la màquina durant un període prolongat, assegureu-vos que estigui neta i seca i que el dipòsit d'aigua estigui buit. Guardeu-la en un lloc fresc i sec.
