4. Guia de configuració

4.1 Càrrega del rellotge intel·ligent

Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power adapter (5V/1A recommended) or a computer USB port.

The watch is IP68 waterproof, but ensure it is dry before charging. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.

4.2 Installing the Da Fit App

The LIGE Smart Watch FV12-B requires the "Da Fit" app for full functionality. You can download it from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices).

1. Scan the QR code displayed on the watch (go to Settings > APP Download) or search for "Da Fit" in your device's app store.
2. Download and install the "Da Fit" app.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen prompts to set up your profile (gender, height, weight, birth year).
4. Grant necessary permissions for notifications and Bluetooth access when prompted.

4.3 Pairing the Smartwatch with Your Phone

To connect your smartwatch to the Da Fit app:

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Navegació bàsica

• Llisca cap avall: Access quick settings (brightness, DND mode, battery saver, flashlight, settings, phone connection status).
• Llisca cap amunt: View notificacions.
• Llisca cap a l'esquerra/dreta: Navigate through main functions (activity data, heart rate, sleep, weather, music control, etc.).
• Premeu el botó lateral: Return to the main watch face or turn on/off the screen. Long press to power on/off.

5.2 Personalització de les esferes del rellotge

You can change the watch face directly on the watch by long-pressing the screen and swiping to select, or through the Da Fit app:

1. Obre l'aplicació "Da Fit".
2. Go to the "Devices" screen.
3. Tap on "Watch Faces" or "BACKGROUND" (on the third page of the app).
4. You can select from the "WATCH FACE GALLERY" or tap "Edit" to create a custom design using your own photos.
5. Select your desired watch face and tap "Apply" or "Upload" to synchronize it to your watch.

5.3 Trucades i notificacions per Bluetooth

Once paired, your watch can handle calls and display notifications:

• Fer trucades: Access the dial pad or contact list on the watch to initiate calls.

5.4 Vigilància de la salut

The watch continuously monitors various health metrics:

• Freqüència cardíaca: Seguiment de la freqüència cardíaca en temps real.
• Oxigen en sang: Mesura els nivells de SpO2.
• Monitor de son: Tracks sleep patterns (awake, REM, light, restful sleep).

6. Manteniment i cura

• Neteja: Wipe the watch and bands regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp drap i assecar bé.
• Resistència a l'aigua: The watch is IP68 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in shallow water. Avoid hot water, steam, or prolonged submersion. Do not press buttons underwater.
• Eviteu productes químics: No utilitzeu productes químics agressius, dissolvents de neteja ni detergents forts, ja que poden danyar l'acabat o els components interns del rellotge.
• Temperatura: Eviteu exposar el rellotge a temperatures extremes (molt calor o molt fred) o a la llum solar directa durant períodes prolongats.
• Emmagatzematge: When not in use for a long time, store the watch in a cool, dry place. Charge it periodically to maintain battery health.
