- High Performance Indicators: Features visual flashing lights and audible beeping alerts on the receiver to indicate the correct breaker. The transmitter's LED panel informs test status.
- Sensibilitat ajustable: The receiver's sensitivity can be adjusted (1-7 gear levels) to precisely locate the correct circuit breaker, even in crowded panels.
- Fàcil operació: Includes automatic shutdown for power saving, a built-in flashlight for dark environments, and a low power indicator.
- Vol. Sense contactetagDetecció de e (NCV): Advanced NCV detection maximizes user safety by identifying live equipment without direct contact.
- Estoig d'emmagatzematge resistent: Comes with a high-quality EVA material case, providing splashproof, shockproof, and scratch-resistant protection for the tool kit.
4. Configuració
The NF-827 comes ready for use with included Lithium Ion batteries. No specific setup is required beyond ensuring the batteries are properly installed and charged if needed.
- Desembalar: Carefully remove the NF-827 receiver, transmitter, and storage case from the packaging.
- Inspeccionar: Check all components for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not use the device and contact customer support.
- Comprovació de la bateria: The device includes a low power indicator. If the indicator is on, ensure the battery is charged or replaced as per the maintenance section.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Circuit Breaker Finding
This function helps you identify which circuit breaker controls a specific outlet or fixture.
- Plug in Transmitter: Plug the transmitter unit into the electrical outlet or fixture you wish to trace. Ensure the outlet is energized (live).
- Activate Receiver: Turn on the receiver unit. The probe light may illuminate red, indicating it is in line finding mode.
- Scan Panel: Go to your electrical panel. Slowly move the receiver's probe vertically along each circuit breaker.
- Identify Breaker: The receiver will emit a visual flashing light and an audible beeping sound when it detects the correct circuit breaker. The beeping will become more rapid and the light brighter as you get closer to the target.
- Verificar: Once identified, flip the suspected breaker to the OFF position. If the power to the original outlet/fixture is cut, you have found the correct breaker.

5.2. GFCI Outlet Testing
The transmitter unit can also test the wiring and GFCI function of an outlet.
- Plug in Transmitter: Plug the transmitter into the GFCI outlet you wish to test.
- Indicadors de lectura: Observe the three indicator lights on the transmitter. Their pattern will indicate the wiring status (e.g., Correct Wiring, Open Ground, Open Neutral, Hot/Neutral Reverse, etc.). A comparison table is usually printed on the device for easy reference.
- Prova GFCI: Press the "PUSH TO CHECK GFCI" button on the transmitter. A working GFCI outlet should trip, cutting power to the outlet. If it does not trip, the GFCI is faulty and should be replaced.
- Restablir: After testing, reset the GFCI outlet by pressing its reset button.

5.3. Vol sense contactetage (NCV) Detecció
The receiver unit features an NCV function to detect live voltagi sense contacte directe.
- Activate NCV: Turn on the receiver. The NCV sensor is located at the tip of the receiver.
- Scan for Voltage: Bring the tip of the receiver close to wires, outlets, or other electrical components.
- Indicació: The receiver will light up and/or beep when it detects AC voltage, indicating the presence of live electricity.
- Precaució: NCV detection is a preliminary safety check. Always use a contact voltage tester to confirm the absence of voltage before working on circuits.

5.4. Ajust de sensibilitat
The receiver's sensitivity can be adjusted to improve accuracy, especially in panels with closely spaced breakers.
- Locate the sensitivity adjustment dial or switch on the receiver.
- Adjust the sensitivity level (typically 1-7 gear levels) to fine-tune the detection. Lower sensitivity can help pinpoint the exact breaker when multiple adjacent breakers trigger a response.

6. Manteniment
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and accuracy of your NF-827.
- Neteja: Netegeu el dispositiu amb un drap sec i suau. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni dissolvents.
- Emmagatzematge: Store the NF-827 in its protective case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Bateria: The device uses a Lithium Ion battery. If the low power indicator illuminates, recharge or replace the battery as per manufacturer guidelines. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.

7. Solució De Problemes
| Problema | Causa possible | Solució |
|---|---|---|
| Receiver does not detect any breaker. | Transmitter not plugged in or outlet not energized; low battery in receiver; receiver sensitivity too low. | Ensure transmitter is properly plugged into a live outlet. Check receiver battery. Increase receiver sensitivity. |
| Receiver detects multiple adjacent breakers. | Receiver sensitivity too high; crowded electrical panel. | Decrease receiver sensitivity (refer to Section 5.4). Move the probe slower and more precisely. If still ambiguous, try flipping suspected breakers one by one to confirm. |
| GFCI test button does not trip the outlet. | Faulty GFCI outlet; incorrect wiring. | Check the wiring status indicators on the transmitter. If wiring is correct, the GFCI outlet may be faulty and require replacement by a qualified electrician. |
| NCV detection is inconsistent or inaccurate. | Interference from other electrical fields; low battery. | Ensure no other strong electrical fields are nearby. Check receiver battery. Remember NCV is for preliminary indication. |
| El dispositiu no s’encén. | Dead battery; device malfunction. | Charge or replace the battery. If the issue persists, contact NOYAFA customer support. |
