Configuració

Before using your PowerXL Smokeless Grill Elite for the first time, follow these steps:

Set your desired cooking temperature using the temperature controls. The grill heats up to 450°F (232°C). Always set the temperature above 200°F (93°C) for optimal performance.
Allow the grill to preheat for 5–10 minutes. The indicator light will typically change or turn off when the set temperature is reached.

Once preheated, carefully place your food onto the grill plate.
Close the glass lid to help contain smoke and heat, and to speed up cooking.
Monitor your food and adjust cooking time as needed. The ceramic-coated surface prevents sticking and reduces the need for excessive oil.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure food is cooked to a safe internal temperature.
