1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the COWSAR Single Serve Coffee Maker. This appliance is designed for convenient and efficient brewing of both capsule and ground coffee. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety.

2. Instruccions de seguretat importants

4. Configuració inicial

1. Desembalar: Remove all packaging materials and labels from the coffee maker.

5. Repeat the clean cycle 2-3 times for optimal cleanliness.

The touchscreen offers five brew size options: 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, and 14oz. Select the size that best fits your cup and preference. It is important to match your cup size to the selected brew size to prevent spills and ensure optimal brewing results.

6. Manteniment

6.1 Neteja diària

• Dipòsit d'aigua: The 40oz water reservoir is detachable and made of food-grade material, making it easy to clean. Remove, wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.

6.2 Descaling (Deep Cleaning)

The descaling white indicator light will flash after approximately 150 cycles to remind you that cleaning is required. Regular descaling helps maintain optimal performance and coffee taste.

2. Start Self-Cleaning: Place a large mug on the drip tray. Press and hold the "BREW" button for 5 seconds to activate the self-cleaning function. The machine will run a cleaning cycle.
