1. Introducció

2.3 Product Appearance and Dimensions

The gateway features a compact, square design with a USB-C power port and a reset button. It can be placed on a flat surface or mounted on a wall.

4. Instruccions de configuració

4.1 Abans de començar

Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported.
Descarrega't el Tuya Smart or Vida intel·ligent app from your device's app store (iOS or Android).
Tingueu a punt el nom de la xarxa Wi-Fi (SSID) i la contrasenya.
Place the gateway within range of your Wi-Fi router and your Bluetooth Mesh devices.

4.2 Connexió de la passarel·la

Encès: Connect the provided USB power cable to the gateway and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The gateway will power on.
Instal·lació de l'aplicació: If you haven't already, install and open the Tuya Smart or Smartlife app on your smartphone. Register or log in to your account.

4.3 Adding Bluetooth Mesh Sub-Devices

After the gateway is connected, you can add your Bluetooth Mesh sub-devices.

Ensure your Bluetooth Mesh sub-device is in pairing mode (refer to the sub-device's manual for specific instructions).
In the Tuya Smart/Smartlife app, navigate to your newly added gateway.
Tap "Add sub-device" or a similar option. The gateway supports "one-key networking" to add multiple sub-devices simultaneously if they are in pairing mode.
Follow the app's instructions to complete the pairing process for each sub-device.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Using the Tuya Smart/Smartlife App

The app is the primary interface for controlling your Bluetooth Mesh devices connected via the gateway.

5.2 Integració del control per veu

To use voice commands, link your Tuya Smart/Smartlife account with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

Per a Amazon Alexa:
1. Obriu l'aplicació Alexa.
2. Go to "Skills & Games" and search for "Tuya Smart" or "Smartlife".
3. Enable the skill and link your Tuya/Smartlife account.

6. Solució De Problemes

Problema	Causa possible	Solució
Gateway fails to connect to Wi-Fi.	Incorrect Wi-Fi password, 5GHz Wi-Fi network, gateway too far from router, network congestion.	Assegureu-vos que esteu connectat a una xarxa Wi-Fi de 2.4 GHz. El control per veu no funciona.	Account not linked, device not discovered, incorrect voice command.	Verify that your Tuya/Smartlife account is correctly linked to Alexa/Google Assistant. Demana a Alexa/Google que "descobreixi dispositius". Use the exact device names configured in the app.
El comandament a distància no funciona.	Gateway offline, no internet connection on phone.	Check if the gateway is connected to Wi-Fi (indicator light status).
