Instruccions importants de seguretat
READ THIS WARNING. PROTECT YOURSELF & OTHERS.
Always prioritize safety when operating welding equipment. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury or death.
- LA DESCÀSICA ELÈCTRICA POT MATAR: Touching live electrical parts can cause fatal shocks or severe burns. The electrode and work circuit are electrically live when the output is on. The input power circuit and internal machine circuits are also live when power is on. Incorrectly installed or improperly grounded equipment is dangerous. The operator should keep the work piece insulated from himself/herself. Avoid all contact with live electrical parts of the welding circuit, electrodes, and wires with bare hands. The operator must wear dry welding gloves while performing the welding task. Do not operate with panels removed.
- FUMES & GASES CAN BE DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH: Keep your head out of fumes. Use enough ventilation or exhaust at the arc, or both, to keep fumes and gases from your breathing zone and general area.
- LES GUPINES DE SOLDADURA PODEN CAUSAR INCENDI O EXPLOSIÓ: Do NOT weld near flammable material. Do NOT weld on containers which have held flammable material.
- ARC RAYS CAN INJURE EYES AND BURN SKIN: Arc rays are harmful to people's eyes and skin. Always wear a welding helmet with correct shade of filter lens and suitable protective clothing including welding gloves whilst the welding operation is performed.
ONLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL SHOULD INSTALL, USE OR SERVICE THIS EQUIPMENT. READ AND FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS, EMPLOYER'S SAFETY PRACTICES AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS (MSDS) FOR CONSUMABLES.

Configuració i instal·lació
1. Connexió d'alimentació:
- Ensure the welding machine is turned off before connecting to power.
- Connect the power cable to the appropriate 110V or 220V power outlet. The machine automatically detects the voltage.
- Verify that the power source can provide sufficient current for welding operations (refer to specifications).
2. Connecting Welding Cables:
- Terra Clamp: Connecteu la terra clamp cable to the negative (-) terminal on the front panel. Securely attach the ground clamp a la peça de treball o a una part metàl·lica neta i nua de la taula de soldadura.
- Soldadura Clamp (MMA): For MMA welding, connect the welding clamp cable to the positive (+) terminal.
- Torxa MIG: For MIG welding, connect the MIG torch cable to the designated MIG connector (often labeled "MAG" or "MIG"). Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Torxa TIG (Lift TIG): For TIG Lift welding, connect the TIG torch to the negative (-) terminal.
3. Wire Installation (MIG/Flux-Cored):
- Obriu el compartiment d'alimentació del filferro.
- Place the spool of flux-cored wire (or solid wire if using gas MIG) onto the spindle.
- Passeu el cable pel tub guia i dins del mecanisme del rodet impulsor.
- Close the drive roller tension arm and adjust the tension appropriately.
- Feed the wire through the MIG torch liner until it exits the contact tip.
4. Gas Connection (Optional for MIG, Required for TIG):
- For gas-shielded MIG welding or TIG welding, connect the gas hose from your shielding gas cylinder (e.g., Argon for TIG, Argon/CO2 mix for MIG) to the gas inlet on the welding machine.
- Assegureu-vos que totes les connexions estiguin estancades i sense fuites.
- Adjust the gas flow rate at the regulator according to the welding process and material.
Instruccions de funcionament
The Genérico 325A offers three primary welding modes: MMA, MIG, and TIG Lift. Use the digital display and control knobs to select the desired mode and adjust parameters.

1. MMA (Manual Metal Arc) Welding:
- Select "MMA" mode on the digital display.
- Connect the welding clamp to the positive (+) terminal and the ground clamp al terminal negatiu (-).
- Insert the appropriate electrode (welding rod) into the welding clamp.
- Ajusteu el amperage based on the electrode type and material thickness.
- Strike an arc by lightly touching and then quickly lifting the electrode from the workpiece. Maintain a consistent arc length and travel speed.
2. MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Welding:
- Select "MIG" mode on the digital display.
- Ensure the MIG torch is connected and the wire is properly fed.
- If using gas-shielded MIG, ensure the gas cylinder is open and flow rate is set. For flux-cored wire, no external gas is needed.
- Ajusteu el voltage and wire feed speed according to the material and wire diameter. These parameters are often linked.
- Position the MIG torch at the desired angle and press the trigger to start welding.
3. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Lift Welding:
- Select "TIG Lift" mode on the digital display.
- Connect the TIG torch to the negative (-) terminal and the ground clamp al terminal positiu (+).
- Ensure an Argon gas cylinder is connected and the flow rate is set.
- Install a tungsten electrode into the TIG torch.
- Gently touch the tungsten electrode to the workpiece and then lift it slightly to initiate the arc. This is the "Lift Arc" feature, which minimizes tungsten contamination.
- Alimenta la vareta de farciment manualment segons calgui.
Manteniment
Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i el funcionament segur de la vostra màquina de soldar.
- Neteja: Regularly clean the exterior of the machine with a dry, soft cloth. Use compressed air to blow out dust and debris from the ventilation openings. Ensure the machine is disconnected from power before cleaning.
- Inspecció del cable: Periodically inspect all welding cables, power cables, and torch leads for cuts, abrasions, or loose connections. Replace damaged cables immediately.
- Manteniment de la torxa: For MIG torches, regularly clean the contact tip, nozzle, and diffuser. Replace worn contact tips and nozzles. For TIG torches, inspect and sharpen the tungsten electrode as needed.
- Wire Feed System (MIG): Clean the drive rollers and wire liner to prevent wire feeding issues. Adjust drive roller tension as necessary.
- Emmagatzematge: Store the welding machine in a clean, dry environment, away from excessive dust, moisture, and corrosive materials.
