Follow these steps to properly install your ENERMAX LIQMAX V4 360mm AIO CPU Liquid Cooler.
1. CPU Preparation and Thermal Paste Application
Before mounting the cold plate, ensure your CPU surface is clean and free of any old thermal paste. Apply a small amount of thermal paste to the center of the CPU's Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS).

For optimal thermal transfer, a small, pea-sized dot in the center of the CPU is generally sufficient. The pressure from the cold plate will spread the paste evenly.
2. Mounting the Cold Plate
Select the appropriate mounting brackets for your CPU socket (Intel or AMD). Attach them to the pump/cold plate assembly as per the instructions provided in the physical manual. Carefully align the cold plate with the CPU and secure it using the provided screws, tightening them in a diagonal pattern to ensure even pressure.

3. Radiator and Fan Installation
