5. Guia de configuració

5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Open the lock box compartment.

5.2 Instal·lació i connexió de l'aplicació

The Thlevel Smart Key Lock Box uses the TTLock App for smart control. Ensure your mobile device has Bluetooth enabled.

1. Descarrega't el Aplicació TTTLock des de la botiga d'aplicacions del teu dispositiu.
2. Registreu-vos i inicieu sessió al vostre compte.
3. Activa el Bluetooth al teu dispositiu mòbil.
4. Lightly press any button on the lock box keypad to wake up the device.
5. In the TTLock App, tap the "+" icon or "Add Lock" to search for nearby devices.
6. Select your lock box from the list to bind it to your account.

Consell important: Before binding, press any button to wake the device for Bluetooth connection. The connection window is 20 seconds. If it times out, press a button again to wake up and reconnect.

5.3 Muntatge a la paret

The lock box is designed for secure wall mounting. Choose a suitable location that is easily accessible but discreet.

1. Open the lock box and hold it against the desired mounting surface.
2. Mark the screw location holes using a pencil or marker.

5. Align the lock box with the holes and secure it with the provided screws.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Desbloqueig amb codi PIN

1. Press any button on the keypad to activate it.
2. Enter your 6-9 digit PIN code.
3. The lock box will unlock, and the keypad lights will change color (e.g., green for success).
4. Open the compartment to access the contents.
5. Close the compartment and press any button to re-lock.

6.2 Unlocking with the TTLock App (Bluetooth)

Ensure your mobile device is within Bluetooth range of the lock box.

1. Open the TTLock App on your smartphone.
2. Select the lock box from your list of devices.
3. Tap the unlock icon within the app. The lock box will unlock.
4. Close the compartment to re-lock.

6.3 Sharing Access (eKeys and Passcodes)

The TTLock App allows you to generate and share various types of access permissions:

• Tecles electrònics: Grant temporary or permanent access to other TTLock app users.
• Contrasenyes: Generate timed, one-time, permanent, or custom recurring PIN codes for guests, tenants, or service providers.

To share access:

1. In the TTLock App, select your lock box.
2. Navigate to the "eKeys" or "Passcodes" section.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to generate and share the desired access type.

6.4 Energia d'emergència

If the batteries are completely depleted, you can provide temporary power using a USB-C power bank.

1. Locate the USB-C emergency power port on the lock box.
2. Connect a USB-C power bank to the port.
3. Once powered, you can use the keypad or app to unlock the box.
4. Replace the AAA batteries as soon as possible.
