Configuració

1. Desembalatge

Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any damage. Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective films.

2. Col·locació

Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 5 inches (12.7 cm) of space around the unit for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

3. Neteja inicial

Before first use, it is recommended to clean the interior of the ice maker. Refer to the 'Maintenance' section for detailed cleaning instructions. After cleaning, ensure all components are dry before proceeding.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Afegir aigua

Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the 'MAX' fill line. Do not overfill.

2. Starting Ice Production

Press the ON/OFF button to start the ice-making cycle. The unit will begin producing nugget ice within approximately 7 minutes.

3. Understanding LED Status Lights

The ice maker is equipped with an intuitive LED indicator light system:

• Llum blava: Indicates the unit is actively making ice.
• Llum morada: Indicates the ice basket is full. The ice maker will pause production until ice is removed.
• Llum taronja: Indicates a low water level. Refill the water reservoir to resume ice production.

4. Smart Wi-Fi & App Control

The ice maker can be controlled remotely via a dedicated app. Follow these steps to connect:

1. Download the EUHOMY app from your device's app store.
2. Ensure your ice maker is plugged in and your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your ice maker.
4. Once connected, you can remotely start/stop ice production, set schedules, and monitor the ice maker's status.
5. Voice commands via Alexa are also supported once the device is integrated with your smart home system.

Manteniment

1. Automatic Self-Cleaning Function

2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds to initiate the 20-minute self-cleaning cycle.
3. The unit will automatically clean its internal components.
4. After the cycle, drain the water from the unit.

2. Deep Cleaning (Recommended Quarterly)

For a thorough deep clean, especially if using the machine continuously:

1. Desendolleu la màquina.
2. Move the machine so the front hangs over a sink. Pull out the drain plug to empty all water.
3. Empty the ice bucket, remove the ice basket, scoop, and the small filter at the bottom of the tank (left side). Clean these components by hand or in a dishwasher.
4. Reinstall the drain plug. Add half a cup of bleach to the tank, then fill the tank with hot water to the very top (above the max fill line).
5. Hold the power button for five seconds until the 'Add Water' light starts flashing. This initiates the self-cleaning cycle. Let it run for approximately 30 minutes.

7. Refill the tank with clean hot water to the top and run the cleaning cycle one more time for 30 minutes to rinse thoroughly.
8. Drain the machine again. Reinstall the cleaned filter and ice basket. Refill with fresh water to the max line.

To drain the water reservoir, locate the drain plug at the bottom of the unit. Place a container under the plug and remove it to allow water to flow out. Reinsert the plug firmly after draining.
