4. Configuració i instal·lació

This MASTER-CHEF range is designed as a freestanding unit. Proper installation is crucial for safety and performance.

4.1. Ubicació i espai lliure

Ensure the installation area provides adequate clearance from combustible materials. Refer to local building codes and the included installation guide for specific requirements.

4.2. Connexió de gas

The freestanding range comes ready for natural gas use. It can be adapted for propane (LP) use by switching the valves. This conversion must be performed by a qualified technician.

4.4. Anivellació

5. Instruccions de funcionament

This section details the operation of the cooktop burners and the oven.

5.1. Cooktop Burners

The cooktop is equipped with Italian SABAF sealed burners, including 1 ultra-fast burner and 3 fast burners, providing versatile cooking options with even heat distribution.

• Encesa: To ignite a burner, push in and turn the corresponding control knob to the 'Ignite' position. Hold for a few seconds until the flame is stable.
• Ajust de flama: Once ignited, adjust the flame size by turning the knob between 'High' (H) and 'Low' (L) settings.
• Tipus de cremador: Utilize the ultra-fast burner for rapid boiling or searing, and the fast burners for general cooking, simmering, or stir-frying.

5.2. Funcionament del forn

The oven has a 3.0 cubic feet capacity and is controlled by a dedicated knob on the control panel.

• Reixes: The cast iron grills are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. Allow them to cool completely before handling.
• Interior del forn: Per a brutícia lleugera, netegeu amb un anunciamp cloth. For heavier soil, use an oven cleaner specifically designed for gas ovens, following the product instructions carefully.
• Superfícies exteriors: Clean stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner to maintain its finish.

7. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your range, refer to the following general troubleshooting advice. For complex problems, contact a qualified service technician.

• El cremador no s'encén: Check if the gas supply is on. Ensure the burner cap is correctly seated. Clean any debris from the igniter.
• Uneven Oven Heating: Ensure the oven racks are properly positioned and not obstructing airflow. Avoid opening the oven door frequently during cooking.
