5. Configuració i instal·lació
5.1 Col·locació de la unitat
- Col·loqueu la unitat sobre una superfície plana i estable.
- Assegureu-vos que hi hagi almenys 20 cm d'espai al voltant de la unitat per a un flux d'aire adequat.
- Col·loqueu la unitat a prop d'una finestra o obertura per a la instal·lació de la mànega d'escapament.
5.2 Instal·lació del kit de finestra i mànega d'escapament
The exhaust hose expels hot air from the unit to the outside. Proper installation is crucial for efficient cooling.
- Connecteu la mànega d'escapament a la unitat: Twist the exhaust hose connector onto the exhaust opening at the back of the air conditioner. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Muntar el kit de finestra: The window kit consists of adjustable panels. Extend the panels to fit the length of your window opening. If necessary, you may need to cut the plastic panel to fit your window size while ensuring the exhaust opening remains clear.
- Instal·lació del kit de finestres: Place the assembled window kit into your window opening. Close the window as far as possible to secure the kit and cover the opening completely.
- Connecteu la mànega d'escapament al kit de finestra: Attach the adapter end of the exhaust hose to the opening in the window kit. Ensure a tight seal to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

Your COWSAR Portable Air Conditioner can be operated using the LED touch panel on the top of the unit or the included remote control.

6.2 Modes de funcionament
- Mode de refrigeració: Proporciona un refredament potent. Ajusteu la temperatura desitjada amb els botons Amunt/Avall.
- Mode de deshumidificació: Removes excess moisture from the air. The unit can remove up to 35 pints/day.
- Mode de ventilador: Circula l'aire sense refredar. Ajusteu la velocitat del ventilador segons vulgueu.
- Mode de repòs: Operates quietly for undisturbed sleep. The fan speed is automatically set to low.
7. Manteniment

7.1 Neteja del filtre d'aire
The air filter should be cleaned regularly (every 2 weeks or more often depending on usage) to prevent dust and debris from entering the condenser coils and to maintain cooling efficiency.
- Apagueu i desconnecteu la unitat.
- Locate the air filter cover on the back of the unit (upper section).
- Open the cover and carefully remove the air filter.
- Clean the filter using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust, or wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Deixeu que el filtre s'assequi completament a l'aire abans de tornar-lo a inserir a la unitat.
7.2 Drenatge de l'aigua
The COWSAR unit features a self-evaporative system, which means most of the collected moisture is expelled with the hot air through the exhaust hose. However, in high humidity environments, the internal water tank may fill up.
- The unit will alert you when the water tank is full.
- Drenatge manual: Turn off and unplug the unit. Place a shallow pan or bucket under the lower drainage port at the back of the unit. Remove the drain plug to allow water to flow out. Replace the plug once the tank is empty.
- Drenatge continu: For high humidity areas, connect the included drainage pipe to the continuous drainage port (located above the lower port) and direct it to a floor drain or a larger container.
